Gourmet Latte #7 — Restaurant in Bothell

I rarely write reviews. I should start by saying that the baristas were very nice. However, the ham and cheese burrito that I bought there this morning was the worst breakfast item I have purchased and had a couple of bites from. I kid you not, the eggs were runny, not cooked. They microwave them I assume to heat them up, and the wax was peeling off the burrito as I was trying to separate the tortilla from the wrapper. After eating it, I unfortunately gagged and ended up puking about 15 minutes later. Who ever they source their breakfast items from, they should have them cook their eggs fully, and the stand should find a better way of heating them up (maybe separating the food from the packaging when heating?) because I cannot image eating wax is a good thing. The team at Bothell Way NE Gourmet Latte make this my families choice for coffee on the go. They know our choice preferences for my GF and I's daily caffeinated picks for our commute to work. We've been visiting this spot for 4 years strong and the dedicated barristas fail to disappoint. My personal seasonal go to choices from this stand are the Cherry Blossom Mocha (spring) Iced zebra mocha (summer) Premium Dark Mocha (fall) and of course the peppermint Mocha (winter). The daily trivia questions while we wait for our coffee fun and memorable. While many coffee stands are great in themselves, I highly recommend gourmet latte and this specific spot due to the local teams constant commitment to excellence with their coffee. came here yesterday just before 4pm for my daughters birthday drink, she had just turned 16 and asked if we could get her birthday drink. the barista gave an awkward look and said she needed to see her license, i told her that she just turned 16 but i do have her birth certificate. she stood there looking at me awkwardly for several seconds and said ok don't worry about it. i'll make it. then charged us for both my drink and my daughters. very uncomfortable and awkward, we will not return to this location because of how she made my daughter with...
