Pretty sad experience today. It happened to my friend and I felt incredibly disrespected for her. We were stopping by Bothell so she could relive one of her many boba endeavors back when she went to college in the area. After graduating, she would drive an hour just for the soy garlic nuggets. She loves their nuggets and wanted to bring her friends (us) to share the nostalgia. The boba was fine, weâve have their boba multiple times before from multiple locations and it was pretty standard. The big thing was this was one of the few locations with nuggets.
We got everything pretty fast. We ordered a large sweet and spicy and they ordered a large soy garlic. Upon taking a few bites, she immediately thought something was off. Both our orders were the same sweet and spicy. Mistakes happen and sheâs a really shy girl. After some hype, she managed to come up and asked for a different order. Only 3 nuggets were eaten from the 20. Immediately the employee was skeptical and asked for the receipt, not believing that she ordered soy garlic, then accused us (who got the sweet and spicy) that we had a mix up, but again, they were the exact same.
After taking the order back without saying anything, we just thought they were going to remake them with a different sauce. However, they just came back and said that they checked the cameras and clearly did it correctly, and blamed that it was from residue of other orders and that it was just how the soy garlic tastes.
We were the first customers in that ordered chicken. We waited for the doors to open and saw all the orders before us. We arenât the kind of people to argue, and they offered to remake and give us a medium soy garlic instead (remember, they ordered a large). The new batch was completely different, since I got the sweet and spicy and not only the color, but the taste was what she wanted to begin with. We all felt really bad for her and it was just a really silly experience. goofy customer...
Read moreThe best bubble tea in Bothell!! I was so happy to know that Sharetea, a very decent bubble tea, opened in my area. Once they opened, I even more excited to know that they also sell foods. I thought the foods will be mediocre but lo and behold, I ended up craving for the nuggets and chicken wings every week! They are so fresh, tasty and addicting!! đ My favorite order is sweet and spicy nuggets (just because my husband like it boneless) with Cajun fries.
Today I called in for 4 taro milk teas, one black milk tea, my all time favorite QQ happy family and my favorite nugget combo. The person that get the phone didnât realize that I ordered 4 instead of 1 taro milk tea. So at the time I paid, he apologized and made my teas right away. It seems like he was new that he threw my receipt where I can get my bubble tea points. I asked him to reprint the receipt but when I get home I realized that the points code wasnât there. I was disappointed and voice my disappointment on their feedback number.
Surprisingly, they received my feedback within seconds and replied it within minutes. They apologized about the misunderstanding, gave me my missing bubble tea points and even gave me a free bubble tea! What an amazing costumer service!! It makes me want to buy bubble tea here like all the time.
Though some of the staffs are new and they are also currently hiring, the taste of bubble tea and nuggets (the ones that I ordered) are consistently good. Although they are slammed with so many orders that they received at the time I came in, their staff are patient, friendly, polite and attentive. So 5 stars and more for this business. Extremely happy to have you in my neighborhood â¤ď¸

Read moreDrinks here are good and consistent. Would be 5 stars if I wasnât for the consistent terrible bad service. The young employees here could use some customer service skills.
Entered right when the cashier was taking a large order over the phone but after she finished taking the order, the cashier didnât even acknowledge me and walked away. Seemed like she was more concerned about closing down as she came out from the back just to turn off the food screen and then disappeared again. Saw five different employees in the front at one point and none of them even acknowledge me. When one finally did, he said someone would be right with me WHILE he was putting a mobile order in right in front of me that came after I arrived and then walked away. I was the only customer at the time and he couldâve just taken my order right then and there.
Thought about walking out but one of the employees finally came over and took my order. No apology, didnât thank me for waiting. They made my drink in a fairly time but one was made incorrectly and I wasnât going to wait for them any longer.
Wasnât till my way out when one of the female employee apologized for the wait and told me to...
