I don’t usually leave reviews, but Mio Streetfood in Bothell deserves every single star. This place is honestly the special forces of taco trucks—no gimmicks, no weak points, just precision, flavor, and execution every single time.
From the moment you walk up, you know you’re in for something legit. The smell coming from the truck is enough to make you forget every other lunch plan you had. The birria tacos? Absolute game-changers—tender, juicy meat with that rich consomé that makes you want to drink it straight. Their breakfast burritos are loaded and will fuel you like you’re about to ruck through the crucible. Even the street tacos hit like they were made by someone who takes this craft personally.
The crew running it are friendly, fast, and clearly proud of what they’re serving. You get generous portions for a fair price, and the quality never slips. It’s not just food—it’s food with purpose.
Sure, it’s a food truck in a gas station lot, but that’s part of the charm. It’s not about fancy décor—it’s about flavor. Mio is locked in, dialed, and mission-ready. Once you try it, you’ll realize this isn’t just another taco truck—this is the elite unit, the one that never fails the mission.

Read moreWe go here once or twice per month as it's conveniently close to our house, the food is delicious, and one burrito is enough for my wife and I to share.
The normal burritos are our go to, the carne asada and al pastor especially, but the breakfast burritos are good too. I've had many of the other items (tacos, quesabirria, quesadilla, chocoflan, the hard rolled tacos) and everything is good. As seems to be common, the meal comes with some mini sauces / salsas, green and red. Both are delicious.
The woman who works here is really nice. She exudes friendliness and warmth. I feel like that's rare in the Seattle area!
The only downside to this place is it gets busy sometimes. Friday nights especially. If you turn up and order it might take 20-30 minutes some nights. It's worth the wait though and you can phone in your order.
There are a few Mexican carts in Bothell. This is my go to due to the parking, the price and the menu. They all do good...
Read moreHoly guacamole this was the best Mexican food I’ve ever had!
We have been disappointed by a lot of food trucks because they tend to be super oily, lack flavor, mushy everything, and overpriced.
These tacos and burrito were perfect. The meat was seared perfectly for extra flavor and texture (no mushy burrito!) the tacos were crunchy but not fall apart in your lap crunchy, the flavors were incredible, nothing felt greasy or oily, we live out near Stevens pass but we 10000% will be back to Bothell for their food again, it’s a shame they are parked out by a gas station and not on the main strip with the other restaurants, they deserve a spot!
On that note we actually stopped at Poquitos first, and after going over their menu and prices and seeing their reviews weren’t very good we actually got up and left, $30 for a burrito with no sides or anything is kinda crazy. They offered “poquito” amounts for grande prices you could say.
