Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bowie

Whoever the young lady was that worked the drive thru tonight was extremely rude! I pulled up to the drive thru and sat and waited no one said anything after sitting there and waiting I pulled up to the window and asked “is something wrong with the mic because no one took my order” she shouted at me “I said hello 3 times” as I tried to explain to her something must be wrong because I never heard anything she proceeded to shrug her shoulders and say well I said hello 3 times you didn’t respond , I asked “well can you just take my order here” she said NO! YOU HAVE TO DRIVE BACK AROUND! With soooo much attitude !!!!! Mind you it was literally only one person behind me I don’t understand why she could just take my order, I didn’t even mind going back around but it was the principal I felt as though as she was trying to be petty so I told her you’re being very rude I’m literally only ordering a glaze donut and a ice coffee, she proceeded to yell and walk away from the window. A young man then came to take my order and he was super polite and very apologetic. The point is why couldn’t she just do that in the first place!!! I was not rude or mean to her I don’t understand why she treated me that way maybe she was having a bad day I understand working in customer service can be a lot at times I’m a restaurant General Manager trust me I get it but I WOULD NEVER TALK OR ACT THAT WAY TO A CUSTOMER NEVER! whoever the young lady is I hope her day gets better. Literally just left this facility and I was just so angry because I ordered my small coffee and mini bagel bites. The young Hispanic lady on the Mic said I ordered omelette bites… I don’t eat egg and I come here almost daily, and I told her I promise I said everything… She rolled her eyes and started pressing the screen, very aggressively and kind of being a smart-Alec… I asked was there a problem and she ignored me. I truly wanted to go inside and give her a piece of my mind because of her disrespect, but I’m just going to pray over the young lady and pray that God covers her and protect her. Maybe she was going through something today. Overall, usually this Dunkin is pretty accurate with my order. The young lady has taken my order plenty of times and I usually compliment her nails. Hoping tomorrow is better… Will probably give them a second chance because I guess we all deserve a second chance.

Edit: went on 9/30/25 and the 2nd photo shows my avocado toast with bacon. I paid $5 for 1 strip of bacon??? Absolutely ridiculous. This location will NEVER learn. I’m done with them...

They messed up my order at the drive thru. Not a terrible issue. I called them to ask for a refund of the items missing. I was very polite and explained that an item was missing and it was amazing how quickly they didn’t understand. I don’t expect perfection from the drive thru, we all make mistakes, but I do expect a kind refund when things I pay for aren’t provided. Three days and two calls, all polite and respectful asking for a refund of like $4. They know if they ignore it, it’ll go away, and it will, but our experience is that we see your greed. We see you charging $1 for a cup of tap water to our kids when their thirsty on a hot summer day. We see you ignoring opportunities to make mistakes right. Makes me personally wonder where else you cut corners to save literally a few dollars. Take my $4 and my one star...
