I was told breakfast is being served despite the lunch menu on display which actually made me happy because it was after 10:30 am. I blindly ordered nearly $40 worth of food for my family. I regularly visit and had a coupon on my app that I used before paying. I thought it was strange that after receiving my receipt, the worker asked me to give her the receipt. This has never happened before. I figured maybe it made it easier for them to fulfill the order.
I received my beverages and was told to pull forward. 15 minutes later, someone came to bring us our food in 2 large bags with the receipt I gave them taped on one of the bags. We were famished. Normally, I hand my boys, ages 7 and 5, their happy meals to eat in the car while driving off but, they had hotcakes so we stopped at a charging station to multi task while we ate.
I prepared their meals and when I looked in the bag to finally eat for the first time that day, my sandwich wasn't there!?! I double checked and it was still not there. I called the restaurant to let them know that I was coming back for my missing sandwich because if it hadn't been made, I wanted to be sure I could quickly retrieve it since it was getting close to lunch time.
The phone rang for a long time and no one answered so, I drove back to the restaurant and got back in the drive thru line. I told them my order number and that I was there to pick-up my missing sandwich. I was told to drive around to the front. Everyone in line and several other cars that drove up later had been through the drive thru line, received their food and left in the time I waited.
After 20 minutes of waiting, I went into the restaurant and let them know that I am waiting on my sandwich, referenced my order number and mentioned that I was told to pull forward at the window. A few workers discussed it while the Manager returned from the back of the restaurant. The Manager passed me and joined the workers. After a while, someone said, "she's right there."
The Manager turned around and I let her know what happened. She told me, "I know you were given a sandwich because I packed it myself." After being shocked by her reaction and calling me a liar, I let her know she was mistaken. She said they don't have breakfast anymore and asked if I wanted to pick out another sandwich. She turned her back to me to speak with other workers. I didn't have the taste for lunch so she asked if I lived nearby and offered that I could come back tomorrow. I wasn't given a gift card, business card nor an apology so, figuring I could receive the same bad service or worse on Sunday, I asked her if I could at least get a large order of fries (at a lesser value) for my trouble. She walked away and another worker handed me the...
Read moreHonestly, I have always had terrible service at this one. Today was the worst of all though. I saw it was busy, I decided to go inside and order. I only ordered a large fry. I did not see my number on the screen or hear it. I waited 15 minutes until I tried to get someone's attention. By the time I was able to get someone's attention they still didn't acknowledge me. The only time anyone else surfaced from the back was to call out an order so I had to wait until they came out to call out an order. I respectfully waited for them to finish speaking to the previous customer before I tried to get their attention. There were two ladies and they both looked me dead in the eye without acknowledging me. I work at Starbucks so I definitely understand and respect that it was busy. but we at least let customers know that were occupied and will get back to them as soon as we're done. They didn't say anything to me; they looked at me and turned around to the back. I ultimately ended up leaving and not asking for a refund. At other locations, the cashier person would usually slide to help assist collecting items, unfortunately, not this time. I have also had cashier's grab the fries for me directly instead of having me wait. I understand being busy, but I have never been somewhere where no one acknowledged me when at least 2 people made eye contact to me. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this location has given me such a hard time. It's the only one closest to me which is why I settle, but this is going to have to be my last time coming here.
Just be aware when coming here, the customer service is not the best. I have came all times throughout the day and every crew member I've met has been very rude with me. I don't mind waiting, hence me waiting 15 minutes for fries, but to wait and not have anyone say anything to me after I tried to get their attention, that's a whole different level if disrespect. Please order from this location with...
