First, the service is slow as hell. I thought Iâd go inside since the line is always wrapped round to the gs strong next door, but that didnât help.
There was one lady waiting for her order, and 3 people ahead of me in line. After the first person in front of me was helped, it took them 10 minutes to help the next guest. The guys in front of me left because he had been in there waiting before me and said âthis is rediculousâ. So how it was just me and my kids and one couple ahead of us, waiting to be run up. Another 6 minutes goes by and she helps the couple ahead of me, as soon as their done ordering and islets my turn, she leaves the register. I watched her go back and forth with a coworker about how she wasnât going be on the register anymore. I guess none of them like working the register and they tried their next to ignore me standing there. I made eye contact with her 3 times and she ignored me. Then my 4 year old says , âmommy when am I going to get to eatâ so I responded, I guess we have to wait until someone feels like helping us. The cashier/worker then rolled her eyes and came to help. If you donât want to be at work or perform certain duties of your job, then quit. But donât give me attitude because youâre busy at your fast food job during the lunch rush. We ordered, and she gave us our cups. We go to the side self serve soda machine and the only thing available is ginger ale. I went back to the counter and asked if she could give me some fruit punch and sprite like we asked for. She shoved my cups back at me and told me we get our own drinks. And told her the machine had 2 options, neither of which are what I asked for. She again, rolled her eyes, snatched my cups and filled them.
The whole interaction to get one krabby patty meal and 1 biggie bag took 35 minutes. The staff I interacted with was rude, unprofessional and all over the place. Even the manager was ignoring us to focus on the drive thru. I ONLY came in here for my kids even though I usually avoid this location all Together. Which is sad considering this is Bowie.If itâs not the rude day staff, itâs the high and hell night staff. No reason your weed smells need to enter my car when Iâm Trying to get my food.
They need to close this location down or at least hire some stff that doesnât feel Inconvenienced by being...

This is the closest location to my house which is the only reason why I continuously go here. 50% of the time the fries are fresh. The drive-through wait time is usually pretty long. You can tell the staff does the bare minimum to get your food and money. Just the other day I ordered two separate orders and when I pulled up to the cashier I informed them that I had two separate orders. Without double-checking my first order he just immediately open the window and said 7.99 and then took my money and walked away. He closed the window and I sat there for a moment to see if he would come back for the second order. The car in front of me had left and I didn't want to hold up the line so after waiting there for a few minutes I pulled ahead. The guy at the food window verify that I had two orders and I said yes but I told him I didn't pay for the second one because the guy had left. I assume the manager had came to the window and fix the problem and thanked me for my honesty. He seemed very pleasant but he handed me my two bags of food and then close the window on me without handing me my drink. I then pulled ahead to a parking spot and then went inside to pick up my drink. The food was phenomenal but the servers that day was one of the worst I had received at that location. I understand the urgency of getting the customer and in out but my experience was not a welcoming one. I have worked in fast-food and Retail before so I know the pressure. I however would rather wait in a line for 10 minutes to get the best service of my life then to get out in 10 seconds and not have anything I asked for. The staff here is Young and they make many mistakes. My dad has gone up there several times because I always mess up on his simple order. The only thing that keeps me going back to this location is the food itself. The staff isn't up to par. I try to be understanding because of my history and the food business but at the same time there is no excuse as to why they forgot my order twice...
   Read moreIâve visited this location Sunday, March 14, 2021 around 12:30 PM. The drive-through was long and very slow so I went indoor to order my food. The cashier was pleasant and took my order I waited in line to pick up my order with a few other guest inside. I witnessed a cashier not just taking orders at the register but also preparing food and had asked her to please use a fresh set I have gloves if sheâs going to be assisting with the preparation of meals. She looked a little bothered by my request and went behind a separate counter out of you and came back to continue to prepare the food. She then went back to the register with the same gloves to take someone elseâs order oblivious to what my request was just before this. I waited in line about 20 minutes for my food to be prepared by someone. The cashier asked for someone to come over to assist and she took a while to do so. Now I have been waiting 30 minutes and at this point I requested a refund. The cashier asked a female employee to come over and refund me who I assume was some form of manager. This manager continues to fill orders for another five minutes before coming over to refund me she asked for my receipts laid it down and continue to fill another order. Eventually she came back to process my return never asking what was wrong, apologizing for the any inconvenience, and proceeded to refund me in cash despite me paying with a card. She handed me my cash and walked away. She never gave me my receipt back either. I donât know what kind of safety practices is going on here but itâs a parent none of them are being followed based on my experience on this visit. I will not be returning to this location!
