Arby's — Restaurant in Bowling Green

It’s a good day when you walk into Arby’s expecting to order and then eat in your car (store listed as no dine in) to then discover you can dine in!!!! As somebody who is on a road trip from the west coast, that’s KEY!!! A much needed break from the road/car.

That alone made me happy, but as somebody who has also dined at many Arby’s, this is one of the better ones! Perhaps the best I’ve been to. I ordered my usual crispy chicken - it’s a must when I go to Arby’s! Both the sandwich and fries were done to perfection!!! Other Arby locations have a tendency to overcook both the sandwich and fries, resulting in a tough sandwich and having to throw some fries out due to over crispness. Here the sandwich was nice and tender and I enjoyed each and every fry! Didn’t have to throw any out.

Two thumbs up for this location. I wish my local Arby’s was as good...

I ordered 3 beef n cheese burgers, 2 curly fries, large onion rings and large mozzarella sticks.

What i got was 4 beef (no cheese), no curly fries, there was only 6 onion rings in the large onion rings and i did get the mozzarella sticks.

I tried calling the number to speak with a manager and was met by the screech of a fax machine.

I would drive up there and hand the food back but my family is starving and i would rather them have food in their bellies then argue with some fast food manager. Changed to 4 stars. Finally got ahold of the manager and she was very apologetic and gave us the correct food...

This is a brand newly remodeled resteraunt the food is on par with other fast food establishments the coupons are great recently and there's something about Arby's that's a little better than other fast food it's the roast beef of course of course the curly fries are unhealthy but at least half of your meal gets a break. Update: 10/11/16 the food is still good and the newly remodeled resteraunt is nice but the wifi is already not working and that's important to me because my son is autistic and I have to have wifi for him sad as I like Arby's. Update 06/04/17 wifi is once again working which...
