I had heard a lot of great things about Cambridge Market and Cafe. First, the inside of the Cafe was hot, and it was disheveled. It appeared to be dirty. I ordered a vegetable plate and a dessert to go. The food was over salted to the point it was not edible. It was also over priced. I had 3 vegetables, a dessert and a drink for $12. When I arrived at my destination, and opened my container, the greenbeans looked like they had been soaking on some "brown" sauce. It tasted salty like soy sauce. It just was not good at all. Menu has a large selection of sandwiches and entrées, and we ended up with the Cajun Chicken Pasta and the Roast Beef Manhattan. Both dishes came out hot and fresh in about 5-10 minutes from ordering, and were delicious. The Cajun pasta was just spicy enough, with green peppers, red chilis, and grilled chicken in an Alfredo sauce spiced up and full of flavor. Read moreI believe that I have just discovered my new favorite restaurant. Incredible food--the pimento cheese fondue on the South of Manhattan is delicious (You will want to lick your plate). The KY Cuban is the best Cuban sandwich I have ever eaten. And the pineapple upside down cake with caramel icing was so, so good. Also, the staff was so nice and friendly.
