DO NOT go here unless you want to be late for wherever you're going. I placed an order yesterday for a pickup today, 10 sandwhiches for my office staff. I scheduled to pickup in drive thru. In the past, when i order coffee or breakfast for my office staff it is done about 10 min past the scheduled time. I scheduled to pickup at 7:05. I was in the drive thru from 7:05 until 7:35. With only 3 cars in front of me . I got to the speaker, and they said to hold on. Another 5 min went by. I said hello? and they asked for my order. I pulled around. I then waited another 15 min for my order, that they originally said they never had. I completely understand that I had a large order and it may take some time to make. Maybe I shouldve gone inside. I dont understand how every time i go to the drive thru here i am always in the druve thru for 30+ minutes. No matter what. No matter what time of day. The one on the bypass is way faster. This location has also messed up my order multiple times. I am allergic to chocolate. A small amount of it mixed in due to it just being in a lot of mixings doesn't affect me. Theres been 2 times where they give me the completely wrong coffee, full of chocolate. I have also gotten bacon avacado toast with no bacon. Half of the time their coffee taste like it has spoiled milk in it as well. I was going here because it is close to where i live, but now I am just going to avoid at all cost and go somewhere else. Again, do not go here unless you have a lot of time to wait. Definetly not the place to go for a morning coffee before work. At least through the drive thru, maybe...

Today I want to update that, I just was here in drive through I ordered a few items and 1 I added extra bacon on and got only 1 slice of bacon on that wrap. Also asked for it to just be on an egg white, I got a tortilla wrap and egg. I ordered snack bacon and it was cold, I ordered a dozen donuts told the lady exactly what ones I wanted and didn't get that at all the only 2 she got correct where the Berrien cream out of 12 I picked. She didn't fix the order, didn't offer a replacement and didn't refund me, all I got was Sorry I am the only one here. Like ok, not my fault I am not your employer so I can't hire more staff or make the schedule to have more than one person working. I was only the 2nd car there this morning and see no excuse for this mess up. Except she was upset and took out on me the customer because she was the only one working this morning. So my kids nor my wife want these donuts I mean who would they are not what we ordered, my pregnant wife who is craving bacon now is miserable because she didn't get what I went to get her. So now I get to go spend more money out of my pocket to get my family something different from somewhere else because you all didn't heir more people or teach customer service...

There is no sign on the door stating “no in cafe ordering.” We stood at the counter for 25 mins waiting and waiting and finally the lady comes to RUDELY stating “can I help you Bc we ain’t doing in cafe ordering” I said “well there’s no sign out front.” She rolled her eyes, walked away and we began to stand there. Downloaded the app to place an order .. she come again “is there something I can help you all with Bc we ain’t doing in cafe orders.” I stated “we are standing here ordering on this app because you told us we had to.” Once again rolled her eyes .. and walked away. We placed the order at 5:00pm and they online machine kept digging for 5mins. The drive through women came over and ripped 3-4 papers off the machine. As the women who yelled at us is standing in the back on her phone with another worker just laughing and on their phones. We finally got our order at 5:30pm!! Took 30 mins for two coffees and one bagel. Now I see why this place has no customers, no good reviews about their staff, and no business! They also have a now hiring sign up front! I personally wouldn’t want to work for a place that is rude to their customers I could only imagine...
