If I could give zero stars I would! I placed an order for delivery. My location was pretty close to the Jimmy Johns & I did not receive my meal until an hour & half later. It should never take almost two hours for a sandwich regardless of you all being short staff. If that was truly the reason, then don’t accept any more orders until you’ve found yourself more help. But to make matters worse, I was told that I would be receiving a refund due to my long wait time, and that was a lie. I haven’t received my money, and then you all tried to blame it on the bank. Ordered boxed lunches for a business meeting and had them delivered. I paid the delivery driver a cash tip. Started doing my expense report for work and noticed the charges didn't match up on the credit card (I was charged an additional $10). I called the location and the GM (Jose) informed me that the charge was for an additional tip (which I did not sign for or authorize). He also informed me that the charge was too far out and I'd have to dispute it with the credit card company instead of the location. If there was a 0 star I would select that. I spent 19 bucks on a combo with a add on brownie. They didn't put the avocado spread on my sandwich. I called and explained what happened and got hung up on. I called back and a man answered and said he could bring me some avocado, I didn't have time to wait. Was very hungry lol. So I just explained that I'll never order from fairview JJ in bowling green NEVER AGAIN. The Jj on russellview rd in bowling green is the very best they always are perfect. The have always made my food exactly how it's supposed to be and that will be the only JJ I will ever go to....
