Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I decided to treat myself today to some krispy Kreme I uploaded my funds prior to getting to the store so we would have a smooth transaction to make paying easier, I ordered one of the heart donuts and a lemon filled, I gave the cashier my phone to scan the bar code nothing it didn't deduct anything, so she manually put my number into the register and it worked but didn't take the money just gave 1 free donut, which yay to a free donut, so I paid the remaining balance. When I left I decided I wanted to enjoy my treat without my children's sneaky fingers in the mix so I parked and happily tried the heart donut, it's super cute but the flavor was not for me, not a big deal, I sat it aside and will let my kiddo finish it. So I decided to eat the lemon filled one, however it was not lemon filled. It was a red jelly filled and idk but I am not a fan of that filling. I decided to go in to have them correct it. The guy didn't greet me, didn't acknowledge me so I simply told him that I ordered a lemon filled and got a jelly filled, he went and got a lemon filled tossed it in my box and said "have a good day", so I left however this time if was a lemon filled but the donut was stale and tasted like cardboard so I just tossed it out. I never had any issues with krispy Kreme in Los Angeles California so coming to a much smaller city to have this occur is honestly messed up. I went in to get two dozen donuts for a meeting. The lady at the counter I could barely hear her, so just to make small talk while I picked out an assortment of donuts I asked if she was sick! I payed for the donuts, and before I could get to the door i heard a laughter, I heard another lady ask another did you hear her, she then repeated what the one lady who waited on me said "the next person who asks me if I'm sick I'm going to cough in their face" and after she said that I heard more laughter. In my personal and professional opinion, if employees speak freely of this nature while at work then they might actually contaminate food, if threatening to cough in someones face. I called the store within the hour of leaving and asked for the General Manager, I was instructed she would not be in until friday and I could call back then, I politely asked the lady (said she was a supervisor) to contact the GM and ask Her to give me a call, so I left my contact information. Three hours had passed and I never received a phone call so I called back to the store and the same gal answered, Andrea is Her name, I asked Her if she contacted the GM she informed me she had done so, and that the GM would not be calling me because she did not want to call from her personal phone! Best Dounuts EVER! Their Halloween donuts are delicious. The first holiday themed donuts I had , where from Krispy Kreme! I had them again before Christmas break. I ate then a few times but it was delicious! Inside the building , the have lots of window to the outside, they also have glass to show how the donuts are made with this machine! This place is near some of my favorite places like : Wild egg, showgun , and also Goodwill. I'd love to have a job their. Someday , I (MY OPINION) love to have multiple restrooms like stalls and not a single room or multiple single restrooms. Their coffee is yummy. I (MY OPINION) think they should get rid of their Squishies because they break , I ( MY OPINION) think they should add pop it's! NOW IM NOT A FIDGET KID BUT LOTS OF KIDS WOULD BUY IT! I love how they let you take a dozen to go , same with coffee. I ( MY OPINION) think they should have boxes that can fit 30 in them.
