Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I live 40 minutes from ANY Little Caesars. I travel to my closest location once a month and usually have zero problems. I hate to be a KAREN after 25 yrs in customer service myself, but... SHORT STORY LONG the employee rang me up for the wrong family promotion (currently going on 5/23/25). I asked for the 2 stuffed crust EMB pep and 2 crazy breads deal for 27 something. He rang it up and said my total was 26 something. I said I think you have the wrong family promotion I would like the 2 STUFFED CRUST not just the EMB pep pizzas and 2 crazy breads should be 27 something Plus tax aka $3 off pizza and crazy bread something like $3-$4 each plus tax. I thought he cancelled it but NO just rang it up again and tried to subtract the 1st receipt from the second to determine what the diff was. Ok it was $5 something difference NP I knew that because the deal said 27 and I added an extra crazy bread. Because he didn't cancel the first order and just rang it up again I got the basic 2x EMB pep and 2x crazy bread. I called the manager after I got home 39 miles away and 2 extra stops at Wendy's and BK and realized it wasn't right. They told me I could have it fixed if I brought back 90% OF THE FOOD!!! I only go once a month because I hate the traffic but I have 2 bills I pay in Bowling Green. I provided the date time employee's name, order number, total paid, as well as the manager REMEMBERING my order and the mess up. Was refused a fresh pizza after explaining to him multiple bad experiences with Little Caesars I've only have one out of 10 on average that I can say is actually decent the last 10 times I've ordered I've only had one good order and when I told him that I would wait for the next thing coming out of the oven they told me they had no more coming out of the oven and it would be a little while just like their pizzas as you can see on several the boxes had been sitting there for well over an hour looking through the glass there you can see the times that they had broten marker I do not reckon man going to this place unless you want to catch something or you don't mind settling for old still chewy Pizza they really made McDonald's look good today unfortunately I'm not the type to settle nor would I settle so it if you don't mind stealing it's the place to go if you want fresh pizza you're better off to go to the dollar store and buy a frozen one because you will not...

I went last night and it was the worst cyst service and product ever. You probably have lost my business. Doesn’t make since that the hot n ready are $6 and you wait for a $5 pizza. I was trying to remember the name of the pizza with everything. The VERY young man was impatient and definitely didn’t want to wait on me. I think he is the son of the gen manager. He touched including fingers inside nostril several times. I am glad he didn’t make my food. Almost drove off. I went ahead with the more expensive supreme since had it rung up already.
