McDonald's — Restaurant in Bowling Green

This location is my go to when I don’t feel like cooking lol, it’s also one of the only fast food places in the area which is still wild to me. The building is on the smaller side, but they do have a two lane drive through, It’s on a smaller lot, so it’s makes it a little difficult when in the drive thru line depending on the time of day. Service is usually great, only issue I tend to have is the microphone is bad quality so sometimes you have to repeat what you said for them to hear you. At the end of the day, that slows down operations. Food is always hot/warm when I go which is a plus. They tend to make the order right, but mistakes happen when rushing to push people through the drive thru. Always use the app in my opinion or you’ll get robbed blind with the inflation of everything lol. Usually they have decent deals like “Free Fries or 20% Off Your Entire Order”. They did refurbish this location to have the digital menu screens inside and out, and it does have a small space for outdoor eating. The street lamps have also been upgraded to LEDs as well. Like all McDonalds, the voice of the person on the counter is the first tell as to whether you are going to have good or bad. This place puts their BEST people on the drive through. THey don't rush you, the speak clearly, and you know they are getting your order right.

I only do their breakfast, and I'm picky. It's so nice to be able to say that unlike other MickyDees-this one has quality control perfected. No stale muffins, no rubbery eggs, no super greasy biscuits or sausage. And if your companion wants a soda with no ice, they don't just fill it to "where it would be if there were ice in the drink like it's supposed to have". (yes-another MCD's place said and served that way). These people know that extra 2 ounces of soda that it takes 5 seconds to add, is what would have spilled over when it hit the ice any way.... There were 4 of us. We wanted lunch & needed a rest room break from yardsaling. We waited & waited to use the restroom. Finally the door opens, its an employee, okay no big deal.... the problem is the female employee was smoking mirajuana in the bathroom. It was smokey & stunk of dope!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! This location always takes forever. They are more concerned about the drive thru than the patrons inside. I have no problem with anyone that chooses to smoke mirajuana. My issue is don't do it in the public restrooms where customers will be & 2nd acknowledge the customers inside.
