Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I pulled into stall #4 at 4:30 pm to order drinks. Waited 15 minutes no one took my order. I thought the stall may be broken, so I moved to stall #5. Pressed the button and waited, still no answer. I called and they said they would be taking my order soon, waited longer and still nothing. So I left, called and asked to talk to the manager. His name was Ethan, he was very rude and unprofessional! Had no explanation or even care. I asked for the GMs info. Called her. Her name is Joann. She is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I explained the whole ordeal to her and she cut me off in the middle of my sentence and dismissed what I was saying, stating that’s not how they do things. I explained to her that I am not asking for anything free and it doesn’t hurt my pockets, but it hurts hers. And as a fellow business owner I only wanted to bring it to her attention. Now I wish I hadn’t, given her attitude. I have spent money here for drinks nearly daily for 3 years, I will never spend another dime here bc of her attitude. I ordered for 6 people in the app and walked to the front door kiosk to pick up because we were driving with a camper. I waited 30 minutes for our food and as I waited I saw the car hop drop my box of chicken tenders meal. She brought out everything but that and said they were remaking it. I said so theyre putting it in a new box? She said no, remaking it. When I got to the car it was cold and the bottom of the box had sauce smeared on it. We didn't order any sauce at all. A kids meal was forgotten when she brought the food out as well which is understandable but I'm glad I checked for it all since we are from out of town. She brought it out to me and it had no tots in it, only corndog and a toy. I assume the manager came out to check and I said I'm not happy with this experience as it took 30 mins and it came out wrong. She apologized and said she's a new carhop. I usually have good experiences at this location. However, after today I don't plan to ever return. I placed a very simple order- a plain cheeseburger with added chili and a side of fries. It's not that hard of a concept and they've made it for me several times before with no problems. Even after the order taker confirmed TWICE what I ordered, they gave me the wrong food. They gave me a regular cheeseburger with all of the usual toppings. They couldn't even add the chili to it to at least get the order somewhat accurate. My partner ordered a number 3 and two sides of mozzarella sticks. They only gave us one but charged us for both. Unfortunately we didn't realize any of this until we were already home and sitting down to enjoy our meal. Now we're both upset since I have a meal I can't eat and he's missing a part of his.
