My partner and I decided to try this food truck for the first time. I ordered the Sriracha Orange Chicken and my partner had the General Tso's, but honestly, we couldn’t tell the difference between the two. The chicken breading was soggy and fell off easily, the rice was extremely dry, and the chicken itself had a sour taste. Unfortunately, the food was so unappetizing we couldn’t finish it and ended up throwing it away.
To make matters worse, after discarding our meals, we noticed a Ziploc bag of raw chicken sitting outside on a pallet right next to the entrance of the food truck — a serious health concern. I wouldn’t recommend this food truck unless you’re in a state where taste and food safety...
