I hadn't been to subway in a long time because my daughter doesn't eat sub sandwiches so I was needing assistance on what was on the menu and what new etc the girl that took my order was rushing me and talked like robot. She also cut me off consistently asking what to drink before I finished telling her what wanted on my sandwich and by the way I was the only person in line so there was no reason to rush me. I will definitely go to a better managed subway in the future since after getting my food I felt like I was not wanted back, no goodbye thank you anything and this girl must have hated her job because before shutting the window on me she made sure to give me a mean look like I was an inconvenience. Read moreWent to this location today to order food for my family who are all at the hospital with my ailing grandfather. Went to the drive thru since the inside is closed. The woman who was taking orders is one of the rudest people I've ever met. She would not let me speak. Every time I tried to order she talked over me and interrupted me. Told me i was ordering in the wrong order but when I started ordering something else she said it again. She huffed and puffed and was so shockingly hateful and rude that I was completely taken aback. After the third time of being treated this way I told her we would definitely being going somewhere else because she was incredibly rude! She bacame VERY overly happy at this point and exclaimed, "THAT SOUNDS GREAT! HAVE A BLESSED DAY!"

Read moreI went into the building to order a sandwich, got a footlong with half and half of different meats and veggies, got to the sauces and said several times i just wanted mayo and southwest sauce. They said it back to me but said tomatoes which i corrected them, but when i was paying i looked over and seen they were putting tomatoes on it. corrected them, again and they took it off but the juices soaked into the bread and now it taste like tomatoes.
Not to mention subways decision to hide the meats is for a reason, hardly got any meat on my sandwich, meat to bread ratio was crazy off. I will not be going back tbh, I'll just go do different sandwich shops from now on.
If you go here, just watch them, make sure they make your sandwich right. Used to work at a subway so I can understand misunderstanding once or twice but this was just frustrating have to repeat myself so much and subway still...
