Overall terrible experience on 4/12- about 9:15PM
Overall had a big order but all we wanted was no mayo or tomato on our sandwiches
As soon as I saw our receipt when our order was brought out- it said no lettuce no tomato. Mind you they all had tomato and mayo.
I immediately go in to address it- we did not have the time to wait another ten minutes. and I was going to ask for a refund and just be on my way.
Before I could even say anything beyond my order was wrong, the manager said “don’t worry I’ll remake it” and remade them on the premise of no mayo. Again I didn’t want them remade at all. Once I can finally get someone’s attention I let them know I would just rather get a refund- I was met with “well she’s already almost done everything” quite briskly and rude I said that well she didn’t record the other specifics and made them wrong based off of that. The manager then came out of nowhere and said “well I’m already almost done making them” I repeated myself on the fact there were other specifics and the manager said that she made them off the order. I said that was recorded wrong hence why they were wrong. To which she said okay. You can then hear them talking poorly on how I wasted their time while she processed my refund. I let the manager on duty know if you’re going to talk smack about a customer wasting their time perhaps wait until they’re off the premises.
We then went across town to the other Wendy’s- which served us promptly and correctly. The GM there asked why we didn’t need drinks and my husband said we just came from the other place and explained what happened and she said she would bring it up to Management beyond her as they’re both part of the same franchise
All and all- I myself have been a GM, TL, and even a normal member of a DT establishment. The team member who was on drive thru and “dealt” with me at the counter has magenta/pink curly hair, the manager was non communicative for a true resolution for customer satisfaction. She assumed and then wasted double the product and apparently their own time by what I over heard from them. NO ONE who thinks you can speak like that about a customer in the store should be in management. The manager frankly seemed young and in over her head and her inability to cope with it, led to her making the choice to rush a resolution and to then talk bad about the customer due to her lack of judgment. It then wasted product for the overall franchise.
I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon, but it’s clear the other Wendy’s in town and in the franchise, is diligent and cares about customer satisfaction. Perhaps there could be some cross training. Shout...
Read moreI am a dasher in the area and there was an employee who did an amazing job. He was a younger boy with glasses, absolutely wonderful employee and amazing customer service. There was a wait on the potatoes and I understand they take some time. I used to work at Wendy's prior to doordash. But the male manager made me pretty uncomfortable. I do understand sometimes stores will offer dasher food, drinks, ect. When they have been waiting for some time. But when he offered a drink, I respectfully declined because my husband and I had our own drinks in the car. He then proceeds to ask if I want something to eat, I respectfully declined. But then he kept asking if I wanted a frosty, or cookie in a tone that was very offsetting than professional and was taking as much time as possible bagging the order which made me late on my dash. I understand trying to look out for your dashers, but it felt more like flirting than anything and I was extremely uncomfortable. Read moreI hate to give any place 1 star unless they truly earn it but honestly this place was terrible. First off I pull up to a line of like 3 cars ahead of me. No big deal right I'll be up there giving my order in a few minutes. Nope. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting to get to the speaker only to be told "Hold on". I didn't get to order for another 4 or 5 minutes. I finally place my incredibly simple order. A #1 single medium fries medium Sprite. I get up to the window and pay and literally watch this lady running the drive through take the entire next two vehicles orders without addressing me or giving me my food which sat way too long next to her while she punched in other orders. I finally get my food like 30 minutes after I pulled up and it's cold the cheese is rock hard on the sandwich the fries are limp and lukewarm they didn't give me a straw for my sprite I mean I don't know how they could've...
