The girl taking the order at the drive-thru couldn't understand me and got flustered with me when I said I'm sorry and she said I don't have to get rude with her I ordered my meal three times at 5 finger chicken plate with coleslaw I want to ketchup and napkins to go along with that as well as honey mustard I also ordered two egg rolls. I had to order it five different times at this point. So a manager got on and couldn't understand me either evidently after I had to tell him two different times what I needed. There was a line it was ridiculous and no I did not get my food for fear of what they may do to it. If I could give him a zero I would.. *Updated to say I went back yesterday 8/25 I'm not sure if the woman at the drive-thru is always argumentative with everyone else as she is with me, but I sure hope not. This time I waited for them to ask how many strips I wanted, they seem to like this better than you just telling them outright, picked up on this from my last encounter. This time when I got to the window, lady took my money gave my card back. Then I heard my order repeated 3 times loudly. I thought she was talking to her team since she had already taken my money for my order, nope she was asking me? "Yes, that's correct, I thought you knew my order since you had already taken the money and had given me my card back and my drink? They all just kind of laughed at me??? Read moreWe frequent all of the Zaxby's in Bowling Green and tonight was problematic at best at the 100 Cherry Farms Ln Location in Bowling Green, KY. I tried to order online as I normally do and there appeared to be an issue. The staff commented when I arrived that if I ordered online they would let me know when it was up. Then I finally looked at the app and realized it did not go through and came back to the counter being told this time that it was after 8 pm so online ordering would not work. I then ordered at the counter at 8:26 pm completed the order at 8:27 pm and sat in the restaurant. The order was completed at 8:42 pm and we were called at 8:45 pm. We never have an issue at Campbell Lane or 31W in BG. When we were finally leaving at 9:02 pm there were 4 people coming in and told they were closed. The door says 9:30 pm so that appears problematic also. There appear to be some real issues at this location with attitude and service. The salad portion was also less than other locations as it commanly is. Read more30 mins after originally ordering, I brought home some of the hottest, freshest Wings & Things meal I've ever had. Unfortunately the first time I ordered I was told it'd be a 10 minute wait for wings, so I ordered buffalo tenders. They were lukewarm, so we went back, ordered wings, was told it'd be 10 minutes, and 17 mins later I had a delicious fresh meal. It should always be fresh, whether it's 15 mins before close or you just opened. 2nd time in a row I've had problems. I'll keep going back, but I'm going to have to double check to make sure the food is fresh which should never happen.
The food was still hot 15 mins after ordering. A customer should always have this experience, not just after a mess up. It was Sunday night October 11th. Female workers had attitude when asking for a Coke to go with the 2nd combo that wasn't given to us, and we could over hear her saying how aggravated she was at customers. Then after waiting almost 20 minutes for a 10 min order to have the audacity to charge me a quarter for Zax sauce.
You all need to reevaluate the customer experience, especially around closing time when you're ready...
