This was may go to spot. Even though my drinks would be made wrong sometimes and a couple times I said I’d stop going I started developing nice relationships with the people who work there. We ask about each other family and share exciting news about my life. It became more than a pick me of coffee but a place where I can connect with my community. Yesterday was awful. I yet again received the wrong order. Completely different than what I ordered. And when I came to get the right order one of the women said she would not be giving me a “free drink” assuming I’m lying about where I got my drink and how much I paid for it. I tip every time I’m able to mind you. I paid $4 for my $2 drink bc I always do my best to show them appreciation. So to be met with such hostility over COFFEEE was wild. The girl at the window was sticking up for me in my defense and a boy working inside admitted to making my drink wrong so I am just so confused to where she found the audacity to treat me that way when I am nothing but a loving and happy costumer. I’m honestly so disappointed because I really enjoyed coming as part of my “today is going to be a great day” ritual. Read moreI am not a paying customer I was actually an employee and I wanted to write this review to simply show even the employees have bad experiences I was a very hard working employee and the manager would allow her relatives talk to the non related employees very disrespectfully they would ask questions such as “do you listen” like we weren’t smart and they would proudly talk in there language about the employees I was there for over 2 months but worked for dunking over a year they have a terrible crew and there store is always filled with bugs and nobody every wants to clean I loved the job but it’s the people who make the work environment toxic I’ve never seen a crew argue with customers instead of apologize and fix the situations fajaina the manager is big on this one she’ll say “I took your order so I know what you wanted” if this paying customer says you did something wrong just apologize and fix it she claims she wants “amazing” customer service but doesn’t lead by example it was not the greatest...
Read moreHorrible. I have not gone to this specific location in years, for the mere fact of the turnaround time of service rendered as a customer, is absolutely unacceptable. Bad customer service, unattended register (2 of them), no greeting, no apology for the long waiting time etc. I waited in line almost 25 minutes today 5/6/2021, where there seem to be 7 to 10 able bodies between the drive thru and front end. That is poor customer service. No one acknowledge, no apologies for the wait but instead argued back and forth and then turns around and intentionally delayed my order further for expressing the poor service.
