Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

Most racist store manager I have ever ran into. I’ve been coming here for five years now I always Tip $5 or more for great service now there’s this new lady that just took over Polly‘s position and she’s the worst. She won’t even take my order. That’s the most racist thing I’ve ever experienced going to register in someone walking away from me like do you know how much money and tips I spend on your employees in here for you to be so rude? I don’t know if I’m gonna continue coming here after this. What sad is I’ve seen her make food after dealing with a customer’s money with one glove on you can’t do that you can’t cross contaminate and she’s just walking around like she didn’t do whatever she wants. That is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. I’m not a spy so I’m not gonna sit here and take pictures but she knows what she’s doing and something needs to happen before a lawsuit happens just be careful when ordering here that’s all I’m saying. Make sure you could see them while they’re making your food if not I don’t know what to tell you and I don’t know what...

I typically use the drive-thru but this morning I was meeting someone. I drive passed at least 3 other DD to get to THIS one. Why? Because the staff, inside & at drive-thru are so friendly & efficient. There is no problem with them receiving my order via speaker box or knowing which order is mine once I get to the window. This morning I came in with my sleeping newborn, my order was delivered to the table where I had set my bags & stuff down. It's obvious this crew has been trained with customer service excellence. It's hard to single any one member out, but Daniela! She's always so bright & cheerful. She never fails my order (it's never the same) and has the most beautiful smile! Her crew sidekick, Nahomie (I think is the spelling), is also beautiful and on the up & up. They work together like a well oiled machine. Together, their joyous spirit is contagious! It's also worth noting, their Mananger is always visible, he's obviously doing something right! DD Crew at Congress & BBB, keep up the good work!!! This tired momma of 4 is very appreciative of your hard work...

The food is what is expected from dunkin..however the service there is absolutely horrendous.... I was just there and there was a car in front of me and when I get to the speaker to order there was silence for at least 3 minutes..so I said HI a couple of times and no one answer and when the lady finally.answer she said ...can you wait? She has no manners ..rude...and when she finally took my order which it was a coffee and avocado toast ..they gave me the coffee right away while my toast was in a box in a counter and they started cleaning and walking around making me wait for my toast to prove a point that I needed to wait ( they gave the roaat wirh not napkins no bag ..just the box)... I saw the girl literally walking around cleaning counters, throwing away paper until she finally decided to give my toast to the lady that was by the delivery window with me ..speechless... really horrible service with really bad attitudes..and I will not buy at this store anymore due to the poor and bad customer experience I just...
