I have never had more offensive service at any establishment in my life as I just had. This girl with braids, a hoodie that said '23 senior (obviously her school hoodie) and zero McDonald's attire on, aside from a blank visor, somehow managed to take my order without looking at me, or speaking nearly a single word. No please, no thank you, no order total, just stood there staring at the floor/screen. I asked how are you and she just said nothing. I placed my order and she said "size" I replied "medium" she said "that's all". These weren't questions. She just muttered those words and those were the only two words this little monster of an employee could say. I worked at McDonald's 20 years ago and I've been coming to this location for 4 years. Fire this despicable excuse for an employee. She was disrespectful. No greeting, and then when my order was placed she just turned and walked away. When my food was ready she tossed it on the counter and walked away. She didn't call me to tell me that my food was ready or anything at all. I had to go up and check the order to see if the number and ingredients matched. I said thank you at every interaction and got nothing in return. This is disgusting behavior and would've gotten any employee fired when I worked for McDs. Then as I'm eating my food, what appears to be the manager walks through the dining area having a loud speakerphone conversation in creole and also zero greeting as she walked by me. Just a blank stare. I'm shocked and disgusted. I almost exclusively give 5 star reviews, or no review at all. It's so easy to get 5 stars from me, and I wish I could give zero stars in this case. The slowest drive thru ever. Also, we waited over 20 minutes in front of the window and got this major disparity in fries, waited another 10 minutes for one drink because the manager “couldn’t” stop the mechanical drink maker, we ordered chicken nuggets and got no sauce, and no ketchup with fries. Awful. And this was the manager working the window. AWFUL!!!!
Well unfortunately I had another awful experience at this place. In reading the reviews it seems they do this all the time. It’s pretty pathetic the regional manager does nothing to correct this horrible behavior. I ordered a sausage biscuit and was asked two different times if I ordered a McMuffin (I hate McMuffins) and I say no twice. Of course I get home and what do I have…a McMuffin. I drive back and go to the drive through line and tell Jose the situation and he says, “you said yes twice.” I said, I absolutely did not. He gives me a bag and slams the window in my face. I park and go in and the manager was very unhelpful. Since I wasn’t given a receipt she wasn’t going to reimburse so I open my back account to show her. I ask for the guys name (Jose) and he says, “want me to spell it for you” and the manager and all the employees laugh. They could care less about customer service at this location. They've gotten my order wrong, they've forgotten to give me items I've paid for, they've given me incorrect items, they've forgotten sauce on menu items that weren't even customized... I've tried contacting the location directly, their managers don't care nor will they fix the problems. I've tried to contact corporate McDonald's, they just ignore the contact and NEVER respond. They advertise a customers service phone number in multiple locations that you can call that is useless. I know it's McDonald's, super cheap food, but I paid for food that I never got it my order was wrong. It's frustrating. The drive -thru line is incredibly slow and they really don't care to offer any sort of decent customer service. Honestly I'm tired of wafting my money on this garbage. Judging by the other reviews missing food is common at this location.. perhaps corporate should look into this. There is an issue, maybe they don't care.
