Salon South Flow by Resta — Local services in Boynton Beach

Where do I even start!? My fiance' and I moved to Delray just a short while ago and we have been absolutely loving it. Today, I love Delray even more. I did some research on hair salons in the area and I came across Salon Resta. The description of it being a laid back atmosphere, and reading all the happy customers reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I requested a 9:00 appointment this morning at around 7:45AM (SUPER late and obnoxious of me) and Carolina called shortly after. Despite my late notice and the salon already having appointments, she somehow moved things to get me in with Laura. I didn't realize at the time how amazing of an experience it would all be! From the beginning of the phone call with her and the moment I stepped in the salon, Carolina greeted me and was so unbelievably sweet! (I worked in customer service for years and people who did things like I did with the late booking, were not that loved...understandbly so). Carolina kept resassuring me that they were happy to get me in and soon, I met with Laura and I now have the best highlights and haircut I've ever had. I can't stop looking at the color and cut! I never post reviews, but this must be said. Where do I begin? I cannot convey enough how much I LOVE this place and these people! From the minute you walk in, there is a bohemian feel and the positive energy just surrounds you. That's all well and fine, filling you with comfort and happiness, but can they do hair? Holy cow, yes they can! I have never been happier with how I look! This is the first time I have gone into a place, showed them pictures of what I wanted and actually walked out WITH WHAT I WANTED! I look like a magazine ad! And the way it looks is just the tip of the iceberg; the way it FEELS! Carolina is simply one of the most amazing colorists you will ever encounter. She takes her time with you so you feel comfortable. She describes the process. And she gets you the color you ask for, even if, like me, you bring in some poorly photographed celebrity and say "I want this!" Naylan gave me a beautiful haircut and styled my hair, again, just like a picture I showed her that I think she looked at for 5 seconds. She just "got" it. Now I know what it means to really "get good hair" and I will never go anywhere else. So long as they will have me, I am theirs. Take my advice. Six months ago, I had my first haircut from Eric. I really liked what he had done and found him to be a very welcoming, intelligent and warm guy. Two weeks ago, I returned to him after having grown out my hair much longer than my old profile pic. My hair was like my profile photo but worse, I was long overdue. I was learning toward keeping the length and so Eric cut my hair curl by curl. My hair looked great when he was done but, as people with wavy/curly hair will know, it takes a few days to see how it really turned out. After a week, I gave his studio a call and requested a revisit because I found my hair to be too long, sagging and a little unbalanced in the back. Without any hesitation, they happily booked me for the very next day. I am very appreciative of Eric's friendly and professional demeanor as well as the extra time and effort he dedicated last Friday to make sure I was happy with my cut. I was looking for something appropriate for a professional setting, yet preserve some character. He did just that. Beyond having skill, Eric has a very positive attitude and runs a very smooth and clean studio with a chill vibe. I highly recommend...
