Rudi's Pizza — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

The food is good but I'll never buy from there again. The manager/owner has zero customer service skills and values the pennies he saves over the satisfaction of customers.

The restaurant uses the app "Slice" for deliveries and orders, etc., the benefit to using the app for an order is getting a slight discount. Each and every time I came to pick up my order, the owner would complain about the discount on the app and try to convince me to not use it for the next time. Saying things like "the price on the app will change next time." or "there will be no more discounts on the app, come in next time to order." I normally just shrug him off because the food is good.

One day I decide to order my usual which is a large pizza and an italian sub with extra hot peppers on it, there's a "notes" section to where I request this and get what I want request time. However, when I arrive to pick up my order, the owner says he did not put hot peppers on the sandwich because I did not pay extra for them. I stated that there's no where to order them on the form so he said to pay the difference in the store which is about $1. But get this, he won't accept anything but cash which kind of defeats the purpose. I stated that I only have a credit card on me, so he says "oh well, there's some crushed red pepper right there, use that."

The whole reason I liked their subs was for those hot cherry peppers. Looks like I won't be coming back.

I love this family owned and operated pizza and miscellaneous Italian restaurant. It is a "locals" place. You don't need to sit eating your delicious REAL pizza (real crust, real cheese, kitchen prepped toppings, etc) before you see the familiar faces of repeat regulars filling in to get their nightly stash of yummy zaaahh. My personal favorite here is the handmade stromboli, easily enough for 2 big eaters, 4 if you like sharing. They use a cheese called Cremora (I think) that is one of the best mozzarella cheeses I've ever tasted. I think it's made with a lot of cream, hence the name Cremora. Sensational and quite unforgettable taste. You'll be back...like the rest of us locals.

On most nights you can watch Rudy himself make your order, be sure to say hello to him, he's quite friendly and a beautiful family man.

Been driving by this place for years and never thought to stop in...until yesterday... yesterday my wife and I stopped in the vape shop next door and decided to grab a late lunch... so we went inside and ordered something off their lunch special menu. I got 2 slices of their meatlovers and a drink and she got a sub and soup... the pizza was absolutely incredible. It is a very unique crust. It's like a cross of a traditional NY style mixed with the nice crunchiness of a chicago thin crust pizza. Their sauce was flavorful and not overly sweet. Their cheese was quality and NOT greasy and the toppings were also a very solid quality... as for the sub my wife got, she said it was delicious..as was the soup... they were friendly and quick and I will 100% return. Great food...strongly...
