Title: Horrible Customer Service – Rude Manager Needs to Go!
I had the absolute worst experience at this Chipotle on March 6, 2025. I placed an online order for two bowls under the name Meme, but for some reason, the app sent it as Andy instead. No big deal, right? I had my receipt and everything to prove my order. But when I arrived, the workers (and especially the manager, a short, older Hispanic man with dark hair) acted like they couldn’t see my order and spoke to me in an extremely rude and dismissive manner.
After showing my receipt multiple times, they told me to go away and wait, saying they would check later—even though there were multiple cars behind me and it was obvious they were trying to brush me off. So I said no, because I knew they weren’t going to come back. That’s when the horrible manager told me he was going to call the cops just because I was standing my ground about an order I had already paid for.
I told him to go ahead and call the cops, and his response? He rudely dismissed me and told me to “just go away.” I waited, and they still never came back. After 30 minutes of sitting there, I had to drive around and ask again, and when the manager finally handed me my food, he screamed at me, saying I should “pay attention” to what I put on my order—when I literally did! He was so aggressive and disrespectful that even Chipotle customer service had to step in and give me free entrées for his disgusting behavior.
And on top of that? They still messed up my order. One of my bowls was missing items I specifically asked for, making this entire situation even worse.
The worst part? This is not a one-time thing. This manager treats customers like this all the time. I’ve seen it happen before, and I know for a fact that many other people have had issues with him.
Nobody should be eating here until Chipotle takes action. This type of disrespect, poor service, and unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated. If you don’t want to be yelled at, ignored, or have your order messed up, avoid this location...
Read moreOf all the Chipoltle's I've visited, this locale ranks as the worst, and it's not even close. The poor management is what separates this location from any other. Their deployment of resources is a total head-scratcher. On a recent visit, there were 2 associates behind the counter doing absolutely nothing, but waiting for customers to arrive. On the other hand, there was 1 associate handling both the drive-thru and internet orders. What amazed me was the manager had the gall to defend this approach by claiming his store stats indicated they had no issue with a timely delivery of orders. Yet, the customers who were waiting for pickup told an entirely different story. It's this type of approach to customer service that will lead me to taking my business elsewhere. Who wants to pay $15 for a bowl when the management has no regard for paying customers?
I hope someone in senior management at Chipotle reads these reviews as this store is failing miserably. Even worse, is that this location lags seriously behind other Chipotles in Palm Beach County when it comes to the user experience. But wen I go I always feel robed like for example I asked for steak she served me the stake and I asked her to add barbacoa and of course she tells me that is gonna be doble and I said to her that’s fine . She literally put like a little pice and I says to her can you please add more meet and she said that will be triple and I said to her that if I’m gonna pay doble I want doble and she said that if she adds again is gonna be triple so I went ahead to the cashier to pay and explained the situation to her as reference you guys are new here and if the costumer pays doble should get doble then the manager erick came to me like all warm up telling me that if she had to put meet again I’ll be triple and I’m like so you charging for wen she moves her arm or by the quantity wen some someone saids doble ? because to me doble is the quantity that you get! not how many times she swing the harm to the meet and pick a tiny bit !anyways they way they treat you !
