On 10/28/23 at 1:00am I pull up the pick up an online order. I tell them I'm there to pick up my order, they tell me to pull up, and I was very impressed by how fast they had my order ready. Upon receiving my order, I made the mistake of thinking I was missing an item as I did not see it all the way and the bottom of the bag. I go back around to complain that I'm missing an item, and I can tell that the person who processed the order was certain they did everything correctly, which they did. As I continue to express that I was missing an item, they decided to give me the order fries thought I was missing. Only when I got home and took everything out of the bag did I notice that indeed the fries were there. I apologize for my mistake, but I would like to take a moment to recognize how this employee went above and beyond to make me, the customer happy. She was certain she did her job correctly, but saw that I was disappointed with my order and decided to do something about it. I greatly appreciate that even though I in fact was wrong. Came in today again drive thru. Ordered the quesadilla box and asked for the taco supreme and a beef chalupa supreme. I explained the situation when I got to the window and they asked me to come inside.
Went inside and waited almost 20min. Finally got my order and AGAIN my taco was not supreme. So not only did they waste my time because there was no reason for me to come inside other than to make me wait because I was getting a discount for a mistake they made yesterday, they made the SAME EXACT MISTAKE... While there is a language barrier—which is understandable—what's not acceptable is the attitude from the drive-thru staff when communication becomes difficult. I also don’t appreciate being called names in Spanish while waiting at the window for my food.
