Filling Station — Restaurant in Bozeman

Didn't get to spend too much time in Bozeman during my first visit there, so I can't really claim to "know the vibe of the town", but I suspect this place may catch a bit of that vibe. An open, no-frills, bar, restaurant, and live music venue. We were a bit taken aback when we walked in for lunch on a Friday, not sure where, or if, to sit, but the friendly bartender invited us in. A small menu of sandwiches and soups were on offer for very reasonable prices. Local beer on tap. Local workers drinking that beer. Tons of antique beer/garage memorabilia on the walls. A full calendar of live music. Definitely...

An iconic Bozeman destination known for great performances and an atmosphere that's almost too intimate (I. E. small), but it mostly compensates for it with an authentic vintage¹ atmosphere.

There's a limited beer selection and no liquor(?!), so as long as your expectations are limited to the performance on stage, then you won't be disappointed. Much.
