If I could give this zero stars, I absolutely would. Considering I have a marketing degree, I feel 100% confident in saying this branch has no idea what they’re doing for there business with the employees and manager they have hired. I went in on Feb 13th 2018, my birthday, because I love little C’s pizza. But what I got was treated extremely poorly and also over charged. My boyfriend ordered online to make things easier so I could just pick it up on my way home. I have a screen shot of the order he sent me and he paid for it online. When I got there, the lady first handed me just a pizza when I had tons of other items. Then I asked for my wings, and there was NO sauce on them. And then I asked for my breadsticks and she said they had to make them quick. So I waited for about 20 minutes, & she said she had it ready and knew I already paid, and I asked for my two garlic sauces that were on the order and she said sure but then went back and got help for some reason. Then she apparently said they charged me 2 for $1.18 instead of 2 for $1.00 and I told her I didn’t care if we payed 18 cents over. I was still smiling and being kind and patient at this point. But another employee told her “just void the sauces since it over charged them online and then give them to her anyway” and then he voided them for her. Then for some reason she went back AGAIN and brought a manager out and explained to him that it over charged me 18 cents and he said, “well since you guys voided it now it’s not on there” and she explained that it was on there and already charged our credit card for it, and he said “well you can’t give her the sauce because she didn’t pay for it” .... so I told him I had a copy of the receipt and that I did pay for it, and he said “idc what your receipt says, it’s not on our computer so you don’t get the sauce” .... and I told him how it was horrible customer service and that it was THEIR mistake that they voided it when I didn’t care about the 18 cents in the first place and he responded with “we didn’t make any mistakes you did, I’m going to have to ask you to leave”... so I left, on my birthday, crying because I was humiliated that he made me look like I was in some kind of wrong and didn’t pay for what I said I did. I have a photo of this but google doesn’t have a spot for pictures yet. He’s the TALL thin manager. He was so so so rude I couldn’t even believe it. It honestly seemed like he hired a bunch of his friends to work that night and he was on meth. Thanks dude, you’ve spoiled little C’s for me now. I honestly can’t even believe you got hired anywhere... I hope the higher ups realize what a fool they’re making because of you... sincerely, Your...
Read moreIt is my opinion when you employ people and tell them they can expect tips for handing someone a pizza box, you are doing a disservice to both your employees and customers. I have no problem tipping at least 20% when I have received good service, however, ringing up a purchase and handing someone a pre-made box of pizza is not anything I would ever consider tipping someone for. I don't tip cashiers at the gas station, or in the grocery store either, though I mostly use self service, so don't feel singled out. I tip bartenders who mix drinks and provide interesting conversation if you are bored, waitress/waiter for accurately taking my order, bringing the food, refilling drinks, and clearing dishes, and casino attendants for providing snacks, drink refills and change. Those groups of people provide a service, and when they do their jobs well, they earn a nice tip. Had the pizza been delivered, I would have tipped for that as well. Ringing up a pre-made pizza and handing someone a box, and expecting a tip for that? It's the employer's fault, for saving money on hourly wages by expecting the customer to make up the difference, and that's just bad business. Even though it's the emoloyer with the ridiculous expectations from customers, it still doesn't excuse your employee for getting a total attitude with me, obviously for not tipping him, which should illustrate my point. No one is happy in this scenario. Pay a decent hourly wage and stop sacrificing customers, hoping to make up the difference. Train your employees appropriately, so they know not to treat customers rudely, but I can see be the other reviews this is an...
Read moreAlways a friendly young staff, they work fast and most of the time they get it right. If you want crust topping, ask right away. Also remind and ask again before you leave!
Normally they have a few folks in line, option get a few more chairs, you guys get lots of standing customer's, just try to make it a little more customized.
Pizza is always hot and thick crust is worth the extra few dollars. Thin crust, is a grown up fave, but the youngers ones dont like it. It would be better cut in squares. If its normal it falls apart, or the toppings come off
The store is clean, no bugs, no grease or garbage. Again folks are really friendly, helpful, and patient and most customers are too, but you will run into a few in a hurry.
It may be just a pizza place, it its. But this one is close and convenient. But we have other options, when we are needing dinner with cooking, this is one of...
