Subway — Restaurant in Bozeman

Every time I come here, the ancient man (owner?) acts like I'm trying to scam him. I ordered a Sandwich directly through the app a couple days ago. They messed it up really badly before it could get delivered. I called to tell them that I needed a replacement for it but it was close to closing time so they said to come in the next day. I was unable to make it that exact next day so I came in today. The ancient man acted angry about it and thought that I was trying to scam a free Sandwich out of him. Previously (months ago), when he scanned my app, it froze the computer. He got angry at me for it and despite me offering my card information to pay for my food, he grumbled about me scamming him (how? I don't know how the app works other than to scan it to get points), and gave me the food that was already made. Further back yet, I had ordered through the website before downloading the app. It was the entirely wrong sandwich with ingredients I can't eat. Upon calling, he was the one who answered and all but yelled at me that it was too bad that I didn't like what I "ordered". I've been visiting this locally owned Subway for quite a long time now. Unlike many 'fast food' chains this is a place you can go and see the same faces over and over again. Their staff is always friendly, and because I visit here so often you get to know them. This restaurant recently underwent a massive remodel, and I have to say the place looks fantastic now compared to what it used to be.

If you need a quick meal, Subway is the healthier option. If you want good service, and a place you can see the same faces each visit, please support this Subway.

I brought a footlong spicy Italian with triple meat. I was asked if I wanted my bread toasted I said no so he did not toast it. Yet when I sat down at the table the bread was hard and the top was falling apart. I did not raise a fuss about it but if I paid almost $20 for a sub I would at least expect for it to be fresh and not made on old bread. Other than that everything else was okay.
