The worst experience Iâve ever had at a phone store! Started off with putting in the wrong phone number - so my pin didnât work and some guy named âEricâ was listed on my account. Iâm saying âwhat? I donât know any Ericâsâ thinking my identity had been stollen. Then after all that debacle he says oops, put in the wrong phone number. Soon after he spills his water that goes into my lap. I just wanted to know the cost for getting the new iPhone 15. I was given a few scenarios and was more confused when he added more on for taxes when I thought he had given me the full amount I would be paying - that was what I had asked for at the start!!!âŚwhat is the total cost! Then a second man came over and gave me a quote $30 more than the other guy. Thatâs when I had it and said - I canât do this anymore - and walked out. Never again will I go to the corporate Verizon store off 29th Ave. These guys at cell plus, especially Kolte, helped us merge accounts, set our phones up, get us enrolled into several of the free programs that are offered through the services we already pay for. He went as far as staying open an extra 20 mins just to make sure we were satisfied and understood everything. They can do nearly everything the corporate store can do without long lines and wait times, and the attitude the employees display seems to be more than happy to help! If you need a new sim card, new phone, or to ask about options in general this is the best place in Bozeman to be treated like a real person, and not just another number on a wait list. Not only was I shuffled between 3 different people but I was told I was getting a package deal- to me a deal means it should be cheaper than not doing the package. When they asked if I wanted a car charger or wireless in this package deal they told me they would both be the same price but in what world is a simple car charger $40. Then they proceeded to tell me since I was doing this I was able to get the car scan thing for free... I opted out because ITS NOT FREE IF YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT EVERY MONTH. I get that they get paid off commission but they try to slide things in from under the table and it made the service terrible especially when they talked about it in front of customers. Just train your staff better! And customers just because they seem friendly doesn't mean they aren't trying to...
