Always great coffee, fast, friendly employees.

During my last visit two weeks ago I was in a long backed up line for coffee and the line stretched several cars back, all the way to the hotel. I pulled up at an angle behind the last car. There wasn't much room for cars to get past me, but there was room because another car did go around me. A lady getting coffee from the other direction got her coffee and pulled up in front of me. I pulled up further to let her past me and she proceeded to start SCREAMING at me, cussing, and generally freaking out. The guy in front of me pulled up so I could pull up even more, and then lady pulled up right beside my window, literally inches away, and just screamed and screamed at me. I was shaking, flustered, and completely blown away. I've never had anyone act that way before. Finally she pulled away and a few minutes later I got up to the window to order my coffee. I didn't mention anything about the screaming lady at all, but then the girl working told me that the guy ahead of me had paid for my coffee because of what had happened, then she apologized for that lady's behavior (which was absolutely was not her fault, but I appreciate the professionalism), and she told me that screaming lady wouldn't be allowed to get coffee there anymore. The experience was honestly really traumatic so I can't even express how much it meant to me, the kindness of that man in front of me to buy my coffee, and the employee to acknowledge what happened and to let me know that they were going to do something about it. I have been a customer here for 10+ years. The coffee is awesome and the prices are the most reasonable in town, but what really makes it stand out is the staff.
