At one point this place was a great place. Unfortunately the so called new manager that's a bartender once took advantage of me and rang up a huge bill on me almost $230 worth because she was buying herself drinks. Well we decided to come back here today after settling everything out with one of the owners actually the owner's son Kyle and we decided to give them one more chance to see if they would make things right after speaking with Kyle several months ago and him asking us to come back and give him another shot over here we decided to do that tonight. However he was not here and the girl bartender that's now a manager here besides to tell our waitress that we were a problem and did not want to serve us and just disappeared on us after we placed an order and somebody else that used to be a hostess came out and bought our food out. As she sees I'm sitting here meaning our waitress with empty glasses I asked her can I have another drink and she says to me I will only get you water and I said what are you talking about and she said hold on let me go in the back and talk to my manager. She goes back and talks to her manager which is the girl that ran my card up bye almost $230 and the manager tells this girl that she does not want us in here even though the owner asked me to come back. So our waitress was being really shady and not willing to help us at all. She rushed us out of this place as fast as possible and she did not do her job in full. Her name is Brooke G. She was a horrible waitress and very rude to us considering that she's never helped me before. Kyle I'm expecting a phone call back from you as soon as possible in regards to this because I can literally still put your bartender in jail for running out my card for buying herself drinks on my card. I have had enough of this and I thought we had this fixed already but...

Me and my fiancé went on 4/10 for a quick lunch date as we went here after a movie once and had a great experience. Unfortunately this visit was different. My server was Makinzie or makayla, she never gave her name, i’m going from memory on receipt. Our food came out relatively quick but my order was wrong. I waited for her to come check on us, after 20 minutes and her going to every table in her section to check on them but our table, i eventually had to yell “excuse me ma’am” to get her attention after walking away from the table right next to me. I explained my food was wrong, and i didn’t get an apology, she just said ok and walked away. Someone else then brought my food. When i explained my food was wrong our drinks were empty, she did not bring a refill. After half of my food was gone and she again made rounds on every table but mine i went to the host and explained how i felt i was getting horrible service and my server not once checked on us and asked him if i could get a refill. She then came over after he asked her, again no apology. She gave the table next to us a discount for something wrong with their order, again no offer to make our service right. It is a nice pub, the staff is friendly, but it is extremely poorly maintained. While in there, I noticed several health violations and the place was dingy, but I didn't want to be snooty so we sat down and ate.

The food was good but the fish seemed like it was clearly unprepared, I wasn't entire sure, and in that moment thought everything was okay, even telling the waitress everything was good, because I did not expect this kind of aftermath.

I have severe food poisoning and my partner has it mildly (he is in bed but not puking). As a result of being sick, my inflammation has gone up severely.

I feel bad for who picked up the tab, they paid nearly $100 dollars just to be bedridden, I should have been insistent on picking up that tab because frankly I would ask for refund.

Of course, it is not worth the effort because the cook obviously knows best, I'm just a greedy attention seeker who is lying, etc. At most maybe I would get a 10% discount off the next time I want to poison myself.
