Arby's — Restaurant in Bradford

In town for work. Stopped in for a quick bite after a long day. Noticed it was basically all young kids working and an older blonde girl appeared to be the manager. I must say compared to what most fast food places have turned into nowadays this place was a nice change. The kid at the counter was very polite. He was patient while i was trying to decide what i wanted since it had been a while since i had been to an arbys. He didnt stand there and stare at me like other places and passively rush me. He gave me suggestions for flavors on a specific menu item i was ordering and while waiting for my food he actually asked me how my day was! Its not often I give kudos for fast food places but the food was all fresh and properly made and the service definitely stood out. Kid at the counter if you read this keep up the good work. You helped me decide on what gyro to get and we chatted about the change in weather and that you were off fridays so you wouldnt be there if we csme in the next day since we were doing road work right outside. Normally I don’t review fast food places but I wanted to try the mac and cheese.

I was surprised by a couple different things. First the noodles were actually al dente, usually when you get them from a fast food place, they tend to be a little bit more on the mushy side. Second the cheese sauce was very thick, It was not thin in the slightest, the flavor wasn’t exceptionally cheesy, but it was OK. The third thing that really surprised me though, was the sweetness level of the dish! I was surprised at how sweet it was, I did not expect this from a mac & cheese!

The other thing I noticed was how busy this place was! I arrived there to pick up my order at 2:05 PM, and I didn’t get out of there until 2:20! However, I was quite pleasantly surprised by the fact that, even though I can order through the app they were willing to change my order when I asked them to. I had wanted the turkey Reuben instead of the corn beef, Reuben, but that change was not available in the app. They were more than accommodating when I asked...

We went to Arby's earlier and bought some food and there's a black man who happened to be there too and wanna order a MEAL A in drive thru but he doesn't have a car, andpeople from Arby's asked him to leave and won't service him food. The guy approached if we can order food for him instead and was about to give us $10 for the meal, but people from Arby's still don't wanna sell food to the man and threatened the man to leave or else they will call the cops and have him arrested. COMMON PEOPLE, WE ARE ALL FACING A GLOBAL CALAMITY. WHY YOU WOULDNT SELL FOOD TO A HUNGRY PERSON? HE DID NOTHING WRONG, HE JUST WANNA BUY SOME FOOD TO EAT FOR HIMSELF OR HIS FAMILY.
