This place we went to yesterday we went in thinking that it was like Napoli's in Warren and we were totally wrong about that thinking we could get a slice just a slice of pizza we were wrong on that as well but from the atmosphere it looks like they're a close-knit group of individuals that no they're craft the atmosphere was great and they didn't make us wait very long for our pizza knowing that it takes at least 15 minutes to cook pizza they didn't make us wait got all three pieces freshly out of the oven but one thing that we didn't care for was when we placed the order the kitchen and everyone was happy and talking and then we placed our order the kitchen got quiet because they realize that our order was three Sicilians if we would have seen that there was an actual menu that you could actually read and you didn't need a magnifying glass to read we would have sat down to order but noticing that the menu that was sitting there was hard to read so we just asked what was the smallest Pizza that they had because they don't sell it by the slice they sell it by a Sicilian and it's just a thicker slice Pizza.. I ordered two slices of cheese & pepperoni & 1 cheese pizza Sicilian slice pizza and we both regret getting the Sicilian because it was a waste of money and it didn't have any flavor. I didn't taste the flavor of the sauce until after I finish the First Slice and we were riding on the car on the way home and I was thinking huh it took 10 minutes to taste the sauce wow if that's homemade sauce then they're definitely not using the right tomatoes fur the pizza sauce. Although it wasn't perfect the cheese was perfect and that's what I love about pizza is the cheese and the pepperoni even though I only got one piece of pepperoni per slice which is a rip off could have easily fit six slices of pepperoni but I only got one on each of the two slices I would have taken a picture of the pizza but it wasn't worthy of a picture now they're dessert is 20 out of 10 homemade tiramisu the last tiramisu that my fiance had that was that good their family restaurant Chiodo's was open. Now that they're not open anymore there's not any place that makes a real tiramisu we found it this place pizza Napoli's makes homemade tiramisu with real lady fingers and you can taste it you can taste everything in their tiramisu I give them 20 out of 10 it was amazing thank you for the great food will definitely be back to try a real Pizza thank you for your great service and I hope this review brings you much more business if you like my reviews 110 truthfully on point a tip would be greatly appreciated $traxlyon69@cashapp thank u have a great day

A hidden treasure in Bradford, PA. My wife and I tried a different restaurant before coming here but they were out of gluten free pizza crust so we had to find another establishment. We went to Google and found Napoli's. At first glance you barely notice this little place with only a small sign on the street. When you enter you walk in and see a carryout window and to the left a very small area to dine in, we chose to dine in. The waitress was nice and semi attentive. The drink machine is right next to the tables and there is a really cool old jukebox that was unfortunately not working. The menu was extensively Italian from Pizza, subs, salad, pastas and more. We ordered the gluten free pizza crust and mild wings and fries. Fries were typical and yummy, though only served with ketchup packets and we didn't have enough (This could be due to COVID). The wings were some of the best I've had, and I live in Buffalo, NY!! Would highly recommend these. The pizza was also delicious. We added parmesan, though it would have been great without. Only things we could complain about was that they make it clear they cannot guarantee cross contamination will not occur and gave the impression that it most likely WOULD occur. At the time of writing it is unclear if my wife (who has celiac disease) will be sick later but she said the pizza was worth the risk, it was so good. My wife also didn't like the water, she is sort of picky about water and it was Dasani which she can't stand. Overall we would definitely come back and highly suggest this little gem to others passing through. We stopped here while spending the week at Allegany State Park which isn't far from this restaurant.

Extremely disappointing Margherita Pizza. Zero cheese on this pizza, looks and more importantly tastes, like pure dough. I called to let them know, didn’t ask or even want money back, just wanted them to know there was no cheese so this doesn’t happen to anyone else and was told that this has happened before, but they asked who made it and there was cheese on the pizza. Sent them a photo, received a call back and still was told there was cheese but that there was extra tomatoes on it (I didn’t ask for those) then was told per the owner Sue that I could have 20% off next order. I told them I would be happy to bring them the pizza the next day to show there is zero cheese. Took it back, was told the cheese is there but because it is a 9 inch goes into the dough and when I showed her a simple Google search of what a Margherita pizza should look like, since fresh mozzarella is pretty distinctly snow white and stands out—I was told all the photos were photoshopped to which I said as I scrolled Google images you know for a fact these are photoshopped because I’ve ate this pizza many times before and it looks exactly like this. Told the lady to have one made for her because you can’t taste the cheese and she pointed to the pizza and told me she doesn’t like spinach so she wouldn’t be trying it to which I told her it is basil and if she wants to argue with me about what is on the pizza to at least know what comes on it. She then told me to have a nice day. Moral of the story, terrible Margherita pizza and even worse customer service.

Great food, small business, decent atmosphere. I've eaten from Napoli's for a few years, eating in and deliveries. I've got a couple critiques despite my 5-star rating though, but these are things that are honestly super small and maybe a little picky on my part...

I'll order these from the most to least severe and also note that everything is perfect 95% of the time. (1) One time I got a delivery of cannolis with a pizza, and the driver placed them on the pizza box, causing them to become warm, melting not only the outer whipped cream, but also the inner filling- they were still pretty good despite that happening though. (2) The online menu seems like it could be updated. For example, I think they started doing Friday fish fry's, but the online menu does not indicate this. (3) There's no way to order online like some of the other pizza-delivery places in town, not a big deal, but it is a nice convenience. (4) I wasn't offered dessert last time I dinned in- though it could have been either because it was lunch hours, or the waitress overheard me telling my friend "that was super filling, I think I'm good on dessert" - but to be honest, I would have likely ordered something small if offered a dessert menu. Over the years, those are the only critiques I can make: be careful with the temperature of cannolis on delivery, maybe update the online menu and website, with the ability to order online if possible, and keep in mind that your desserts are hard to turn down when offered ;) Aside from that, great place, timely service, and I feel good supporting them as a business. I'd say 4.8 stars, because of the warm cannolis that one time, but since that was years ago and you can only give whole stars, I'll round it up to 5 stars as not much else compares to the quality...
