Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Bradley

First, I love Jersey Mike's brand, but not this location. To clarify, the food quality was on point; however, the staff? Not so much. I roll up to the drive thru and ask for a large roast beef. Girl asks, what kind of bread? I say wheat. She then says pull around (doesn't ask if/what I want on it). I get to the window and the girl goes to hand me the wrapped sandwich and I ask for a bag. She shoves the sandwich at me and I have to take it lol. Not to mention the lettuce is falling out the end because it wasn't wrapped right lol. She then comes back with an empty bag, throws my receipt inside and hands me the empty bag and then closes the window lol. I open my sandwich and it's just a dry roast beef with cheese, lettuce and onion; that's it lol. And you could tell it was made with less than love lol. I'll continue to frequent Jersey Mike's, just not at this location. Some people aren't meant for the service...

First time eating Jersey Mike's and disappointed :/ Ordered a turkey + provolone sandwich through DoorDash, had my order made and delivered within a half hour, so I know it wasn't an issue with DoorDash..

The sandwich was so soggy on the inside of the bread that I could only eat half of the sandwich before it just fell apart. The rest was mush from all of the vinegar that was put on it. I thought it would just be a splash of vinegar like subway does it, but the bread was saturated with it.

The part of the sandwich I could eat was delicious! I really enjoyed the rosemary and herb bread! The turkey was flavorful and fresh. Just very disappointed that I could only eat half due to the excessive amount of vinegar saturating the bread.

Maybe offer it on the side for to-go orders? I would possibly try this place again in the future, but will be ordering my condiments...

Ordered regular Turkey and Provolone. Got home - Bread STALE. HARD. I should have known when asked if I wanted bread warm. They cheated me on meat slices. If U go in there . Stand there and watch them. Believe me, they know if U are watching them. Count Slices. They will cheat U. If your bread is hard. Take it back and ask for fresh Bread. Manager has them worker's doing that. I used to work for chain deli. Better yet - Tell worker if bread is not fresh and not enough meat Slices on sandwich. U will bring it back. I was too far away. Also.. If u have big to go order. Check your order before U leave store. Let them know that. Another way - Sandwich chain places will cheat U. That's what they are hoping for. U won't return. Better yet. Go to Walmart and get sandwich. Fresh bread. They...
