JJ’s, in my opinion, has the best bread in the fast food sub sandwich market. That said, the service at this location needs much improvement. This location is in desperate need of adult supervision. I always feel as if I’m bothering the 20 somethings that work the drive-thru. It seems as if the window personnel know precisely the parameters of being plain old nice or how to let you know that you are an annoyance and interruption in their day. Ordering multiple sandwiches at about $10 each adds up quickly. Numbering the finished product would seem like common sense, but evidently it is not. Be prepared to unwrap everything and try to guess who gets what when you get home. Greeting the customer, saying “yes” to a question, adding a “thank you” to the conversation, or just plain old courtesy escapades these unhappy people. The finished product, when not smeared with gobs of mayo, is really quite good. I’d strongly recommend the Italian varieties or the tuna. Day old bread is very good and very inexpensive IF it’s available. Again, this location apparently doesn’t believe in such a thing as “day old” bread because it’s never available. Try another location. It depends on who making the sandwiches I guess, or maybe which kid is in charge that day. This location is hit or miss. Either very good, if you’re not too concerned about attitude, you can take it home and clean it up. Don’t be a bigger annoyance and ask for anything special like a napkin. I love Jimmy John’s. Just not this location.

She agreed to have someone remake it and send by delivery which made me happy. After a HALF Hour , I call up there and the GM says they have no record of a remake and that I was out of their delivery zone. This is a lie! She just didn't want to do it. I know someone who used to work here and he said they deliver in my area all the time. This made me wonder how many people she's lied to because she's too cheap to deliver?
I drove up there to have them replace the meal since I had waited 2 hours to eat lunch and he refused to replace my meal saying Lacey didn't authorize him to replace my chips. I mean, How cheap can you be not to replace someone's meal after they have waited so long?
The GM Brandon is rude, and wondered why I had to check his attitude. The only thing he runs is his mouth. One of his crew gave me praises as I told him to check his bad attitude because he had the wrong person. I dont play that stuff. He remade my sandwich INCORRECTLY on skinny bread. He also gave me an expired coupon from April. I didn't notice until I got home, but Why are you handing these out in July? I reported this to corporate but Lacey refuses to give me a call back. So I'm leaving her some feedback publicly as a last resort. Oh well, Should've called back Lacey!

Tried calling the store location multiple times kept getting a message saying wireless customer couldn't be reached. When I was finally able to get the phone to ring and someone to answer I was put on hold for over 15 mins. When I finally spoke to someone after waiting over 15 mins on hold they told me they didn't have a delivery driver on the weekends and when I inquired about getting a phone call saying they couldn't do it I was told "well I was working and was going to call you when I was done working you have to understand there are only two people here not 5" so I commented that it was too much to make a call and say sorry we don't have drivers after receiving a delivery order and he said yes because he has work to do and can't be bothered to do that after I already paid online and was told through the online system the food was done. He kept saying he was too busy to give a courtesy call about me not being able to place a delivery order. But they were fine about taking my money and not reaching out to me and when I asked for my order to be cancelled and my running refunded I was hung up on. Won't ever order from this location ever again. When I asked for his name, he told me his name was Eddie B don't know if that's his actual name or not.
