Ordered online at noon, got a prompt at 12:40 that our pizza was out of the overn. At 1:00 we got a prompt that the pizza was on its way. Pizza didn’t arrive until 3!! This is unacceptable. The pizza was obviously over an hour and a half old. I called and the manager answered the phone, the same manager I have asked several times not to call me hun. I find it a little weird I have to ask more then once. When I asked for a refund for the almost $50.00 order he said absolutely. At 4:40 I get a knock at the door... it’s 3 more pizzas!!! At 4:40 what am I suppose to do with 6 pizzas? The company we had that paid half had already left. So it had been a while since we ordered. We decided to order and so carry out as to save ourselves the nightmare of ordering again. We ordered online and left. It was a 10 min drive there, we get out and ask for our order... they hadn’t started it yet. We then waited 15 MINUTES for our order!!! Management at this facility is unacceptable. We like dominos but will not order because they never ever not even once, even when we drive to get it, get it right. Never again. We have given them far too many chances. I ordered delivery and I never received my order. It was marked as delivered in the app. I was sitting in the living room and the driver never came. When I called the store and told them what happened, the person who answered said, " Even though it says delivered, it's still out for delivery."
When I told them it was incorrect because I saw in the app the driver was in the area and it got delivered... Their response was this: " Welp, It was delivered then. I don't know what to tell you."
That was their actual response. I did not get a refund. They did not send out a new order. They didn't even offer, they shifted the blame on to me and did nothing to try to fix the issue. When I told them I was going to report the store they said absolutely nothing. I was stuck with a $30 dollar payment for 0 pizza.
I rarely ever call and complain to corporate, but I called Domino's corporate and reported this entire situation. This incident is getting reported to the franchise owner who is going to call...

The male to whom I spoke at the store, after I inquired if something was wrong with our delivery, could not have been more rude. The previous time I ordered, the female "manager" said she'd fix their mistake (made pizza with tomato sauce, instead of garlic parmesan) by adding a free pizza to my profile - that was on September 18th, I still don't have a free pizza to use. Thanks much for not honoring your word.
There have been constant errors, inedible food, and overworked delivery drivers (for whom I feel badly). The store leadership clearly doesn't care about their customers.
The staff is constantly changing. As a former business owner, that happens because the store management is hard to deal with - or, perhaps rules with fear (instead of using a reward system/positive reinforcement for retention).
This place needs an overhaul. If this location goes out of business, it will be a deserved/earned...
