I drove over an hour—one hour—to pick up a gluten-free cake I ordered , only to be handed something that wasn’t even gluten-free. Not “cross-contaminated,” not “oops we forgot to label it”—literally not gluten-free. If this sounds absurd, it is. What’s even worse? Their baker reportedly has Celiac. So they know better. That makes this not just careless, but flat-out negligent.

This isn’t just disappointing—it’s dangerous. This is an autoimmune disease, not a food preference.

As for the quality of the other cake? Embarrassing. It looked like it had been dropped, kicked, and then reluctantly boxed. Last time I ordered, someone had scraped off part of the icing, like they changed their mind mid-decorating and just gave up. For the price they charge, it’s laughable.

Sloppy, unsafe, and absolutely not worth your time or money. There are plenty of places that understand how serious gluten-free really is. This is not one of them. Well in the trash those went I hope the baker and Elizabeth learn to be better people going forward.

Wasn’t gonna write a review but here I am. Since this location is faking reviews (Read all of this review) Saw a shared type of experience with another reviewer. Sadly wasn’t a great experience, I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been good. But last time it wasn’t. As someone that has a gluten allergy I got sick for 2 days cause it wasn’t labeled and I ate half my wife’s cake instead. Neither had labels on them. This was about 1 month ago. And I wanted to give them another try since it’s a 30 min drive and like I said always been fine. But seeing that this happened to another person. I refuse to even bother now. Sadly looks like the company is faking reviews also.. since someone copied that persons review almost word for word and just changed it to a positive…. so for that I def will not go back. Hope y’all do...
