Terrible location. No parking at lunch or dinner time. The guy on the fries when I went during the week at around 6:00 P.M. was recycling old fries instead of cooking fresh ones. The guy in line in front of me kept telling him he was number 41, and then proceeded to give him my online order which had no number assigned to it but had my name attached which was partially because of a language barrier. I had to tell the man eating my food he got my order and that his had just become available. I brought my order back to the counter and told them what happened and they were mad that they had to remake my order. I gave them my receipt to work off of and they gave me regular fries instead of cajun. So I had to bring my order back and replace them with the cajun fries i had originally ordered and when i started to eat them i realized he had been recycling old fries from earlier in the night. AVOID THE BRAINTREE LOCATION if you want your food fresh. Come to the Hanover location where the staff is friendly and food is cooked fresh...
Read morecashier named Eliana B on the receipt but it was a guy who took my order totally ripped me off. I left a note on the pin board saying so. I ordered a burger and asked to make it a combo for $6. The male cashier said do you want a med or large fry/drink. I said I want whatever comes with the combo unless they are all the same price. He said there is no additional charge. I said ok, I'm eating here but I take the large. I asked him again if there were additional charges and he said "no, it's all the same price for any size". After I got I meal I checked out the receipt, the guy charged me $6 for the combo and $3.60 for larger size. The combo costs me $9.60. The guy totally ripped me off. I won't be back unless someone from corporate sends me a gift card for $4.00. Terrible male employee on 6-8-25 @ 5:04pm order ID...
Read moreOne star for flavor, one star for order accuracy. Other than that: Ridiculously slow: Four people making burgers and my order of one burger with fries took 20 minutes. In my book, that’s long. Prices are getting silly. I know they are popular and allegedly one of the best fast-food chain burgers in Boston but $10 for a burger and $5 for fries are not fast-food prices. Certainly, the experience is not that of a restaurant. People standing all over the place waiting, the guy shouting numbers behind the counter, dirty tables. They throw the fries into the carrying bag like you throw food for an animal in the wild. Not even a box to keep them separate from the rest of the meal, all their grease seeping through and staining whatever it gets into...
