Placed an online order at 415 to be picked up at 615 and received a confirmation email. I arrive at 610 and went to check that email so I could show them the order number. I see I have an email at 545, while i was enroute, saying “The ordering system was not able to transmit an order”. An hour and a half after it was confirmed.
I go inside to see what to do, I’m told it’ll only be about 5 minutes, and they’ll bring it out to my car. 25 minutes later I go in and ask someone else. My order was just sitting there. As I had been waiting another 5 minutes in line, so no one was going to bring it out I guess? this was all for 1 Salad and 2 prepared pieces of cheese cake.
The I get to the car and check, and the ticket was correct, but they didn’t follow what was on that. So for $50 we got 2 pieces of cheese cake 45 minutes of waiting, none of the 4 servers behind the counter tried to offer any type of apology, basically slid the bag across the counter and went back to their conversation.
Cheese cake was good, but not $25 a piece good

I think we are done there. The cheese cake was great, but waiting to notify me the order didnt go through an our after it said it was accepted and I was already on my way ( i get it, things happen) But then going in, waiting in line for 10 min, being told it would be run out to the car in 5 minutes and asked me to call in and let them know where I parked, nothing for a half hour. Then going in, waiting in line again for 5-10 min only to see that it was just sitting there on the counter. (now 40-45 minutes later) And this was for a salad and 2 pre-made slices of cheesecake. By the time I received this very small order, it was an hour after I was told it would be ready. Plus, the slip had the correct instructions for the salad, but still had on the items requested to be removed so went uneaten. I've had good experiences there before, but not worth running into continuous issues like this. and $50 for 2 slices of cheesecake and incorrect food item that wasn't even worth going back in to wait another 45 minutes for, so I just cut my losses.
Don't think it's in the cards to take another chance at waiting an hour for $50s of cheesecake along with a $7 tip that was added when I was told they would be running it out in 5 minutes as i appreciated the idea of them doing so.
It was mildly busy, but there were 4 workers behind the cheesecake counter, 2 in conversation the time I was in the line. Not one person said sorry for the wait, just put the bag with the salad on the counter and went back to talking. I had to the coworkers conversation to remind them there was the cheesecake as well (which on the bag said there were items in the refrigerator) so if i didn't double check, I'd have ended up with nothing for nearly $60 and...

I don't think I will be back soon since the host was rude and disrespectful , there was two ladies , older white lady who was nice and sweet and younger black lady who was not happy to see people , she did not greed us at all , when I approached her she said ,,wait on the side ! with out saying hi or greed us , I waited 10 minutes before she finally decided ask me if I need table and for how many people ,( the restaurant was not busy at this time it was 1 pm , the host was just standing there and making some notes when I was waiting ) I told her 3 people and please find me a booth , she said again wait ! after another 20 minutes of waiting she walk me to small table where people sitting already and they so close to me I will touch them if I seat there. I ask again can we please have booth ? I need some peace and privacy there are many of the booths was empty , she look on me very unhappy and she said ok if You don't like this table you need to wait more, after waiting another 15 minutes I was ready to leave, the host did not even look on me , there was half of restaurant empty but yet she keep me waiting , i approached her and told her I'm leaving, she look on me surprised and upset and she said I can get you booth right now the ton of her voice felt like I'm bothering her ...she walk to the booth and throw the menus on the table and leave upset with no one word ,,why ? ,,, I was trying keep my cool but I really don't like be here anymore after this treatment ,I got the menu and it was dirty as hell ! sticky ,nasty with food on it also some dirty napkins left after guest , we waited almost 20 minutes before the server show up ,I ask her for clean menu , and the server disappeared for another 10 minutes , after she got back she give me the same dirty menu ....that was it for me . Read moreMy experience there last night was pretty awful. First off, we booked a reservation online. We arrived at our reservation time. We were told we'd be put on their list and to sit down. We asked if we could sit outside. This was never again addressed. We then waited about 15 minutes and we're called over to stand where we then proceeded to wait again for another few minutes. People who worked at The Cheesecake factory were asking us why we were waiting there. It was never mentioned if we could set outside again. Meanwhile, people are walking up told they're going to wait 5 minutes. Not really sure what the reservation system is about. The server was a little late coming over to our table and she apologized. She was actually the best part of the whole experience. When I opened my menu there's food in it from obviously a previous person so that's pretty gross. No plates for the bread which is a little thing but kind of necessary when you have children. I went to the bathroom while we were waiting for food. It was actually disgusting. There was toilet paper on the ground both what and dry. There are multiple stalls that were not flushed. One toilet was broken. No toilet paper. No towels to dry your hands. The sink had some sort of residue in it? Not really sure what it was looked sandy, maybe dirty maybe even residue of vomit. It was unclear The water in the men's room was scolding hot (per my husband). It was really gross. Then the food came and it was bland. We've had food here before. It was not as it's previously tasted. It was disappointing. Then the bill came and we felt like we'd been absolutely robbed. It was close to $300 (with tip) for a family of five and we really didn't get anything amazing. We each got an alcoholic drink (2) and we each got cheesecake (5) which was probably our downfall but it just felt way overpriced for what we were eating. My children all got kids meals.
