A friend of mine purchased a meal for me online. When I called in to confirm that I was picking up the order and confirmed what the order was the manager first said they did not see the order pop up under my name. Even though in the email confirmation it clearly says my name. So then when I bought up the name of the person who ordered the food for me the manager Saulo told me that the order was there. When I found out it was a rice bowl instead of the 3 crunchy tacos I ordered, I asked the manager if he could make me what I originally ordered which was 3 tacos I even showed him the text message of ingredients I sent my friend to order, I also told the manager that what my friend clicked was wrong on the Qdoba website. He should’ve clicked tacos and not bowl. The manager told me no. He offered me 3 tacos on the side instead of having the order remade. I told him I would take the 3 empty shells on the side that he offered but it wouldn’t taste the same. He proceeded to tell me that it’s the same thing. Not every one has the same taste buds you cannot tell someone what something tastes like when it comes to their taste buds. It is not the same. The layering of the ingredients would be different because I would have to scoop the food out of the bowl to put it in the taco there for dismembering the layers of ingredients, any chef or cook would tell you that when creating an experience for someone they are cooking for. That’s exactly what I did not receive the experience. Saulo did put the tacos on the side which I was thankful for but as a manager did not provide the experience/customer service for me to enjoy the food as a customer should. I am highly disappointed in his lack of care. He was not required by any means to remake the order for me but that’s when you have the opportunity as a manager to provide good customer service. This really does explain the ratings I see this...
Read moreAs a business you shouldn't add something to your menu without educating your people first on food safety. You add shrimp to your menu when you know good and hell well your workers don't follow proper cleaning standards. There are people who have sever shellfish allergies. I worked in food service and know that you're not suppose to keep fish, poultry and beef stored together. I also know due to contamination you're suppose to change your gloves when you touch a contaminate. To see shrimp being stored by the queso chicken and beans. You will kill someone or cause serious harm to them with your reckless uncaring behavior. The manager sat right there no fcuks given as I talked about the messy food smeared counter. Food containers that have a hodge podged of other foods mixed in. Food poisoning is real, anaphylactic shock is really and as a proprietor of a food establishment health and safety of your patrons should be your number 1 concern. I ended up going nextdoor to potbelly. I walked in and was greeted by a beautiful clean establishment and great smelling food. Their staff was friendly caring and attentive to their customers needs. I watched them wash their counters after every order was made. The area where food was kept was clean and orderly. Definitely a better experience I didn't have to be in fear of my life eating there. MS manager if you're confused about how to run a clean and successful restaurant maybe meet with the potbelly manager for some guidance. The shi job your doing at the Braintree qudoba idk how you even still have a job. Your lack of care laziness and poor attention to detail is going to further run this business...
Read moreDo not ever order Grubhub from this place. I placed the order for pick up, and my boyfriend went to pick it up. They gave the food away to a GrubHub driver, and then refused to give us our food because the manager stated that he was going to lose money out of it and was very angry at my boyfriend. They staff here was extremely rude despite it being their mistake.
My boyfriend would not leave and then they begrudgingly made the food with an attitude. We had to show them our receipt multiple since he did not want to believe us that we actually ordered the food for pick up he said oh you must not be right because you ordered it over an hour ago when the receipt clearly show that we had ordered at 30 minutes prior. They were trying to make make it our fault for being late to pick up the order. That still won’t give them the right to give it away.
Long story short is they wanted us to take the hit on the order that they gave out because it was gonna cost to them money. Do not ever order GrubHub from this place. The staff are liars, rude and do not accept responsibility for their errors. If you don’t stand up for yourself, they would gladly...
