Top Pot — Restaurant in Braintree

Last night we had a bad experience from a waitress girl who work in this place, first she lost our menu that we had choose we didn't know about that for a long time and then she let us wait about nearly half hour to put the broth pot infront of us .Second she carried our sushi plate and then she asked like " that's your order"to the tables that next of us and infront of us she didn't asked only to us.There happened two times.I called her and i said that's my order.I don't know she did that on purpose or not ,she said 'sorry we're so confuse' blah blah ,i didn't think so there were four tables in the room including us.we choose the premium but she said the top pot sepcial beef and garlic chicken in the premium are run out 'omg how could we do that' it's that really or not i don't know.Finally they put the small two meat plates and shrimp plate when we waited for nealry half hour and then they didn't put another nothing else and they asked me 'you guys are allset?' OMG,I asked them 'why you guy's didn't put any other items ,there's left the another some items that we oredered' finally i know that and she said sorry ' she was lost my ordered menu'.That's amazing service that we had but the foods was great and claw machines...

Leaving a review after a visit during the grand opening on Christmas eve with a group. Surprisingly, no waiting in line, and the experience can only be described as immaculate. My group went with the premium option for the buffet.

I honestly anticipated a typical buffet experience, but the atmosphere and interior surpassed expectations. The food, perhaps due to the grand opening, was notably of good quality. Personally, I highly recommend the fatty beef and lamb meat, especially when paired with the RIGHT DIPPING SAUCE – trust me that will be BUSSING in your mouth. Limited comments on veggies, as I mainly had normal cabbage and lettuce.

For drinks I had lychee ice tea – impressively sizable and, in my biased opinion, fantastic despite not being overly sweet. The herbal broth for hotpot, however, was a miss for me (bias opinion).

The only peculiar aspect was the DIY (do it yourself) sauce for hot pot – while there were pictures depicting specific sauces, I literally went in blindly cooking up a random sauce. Please don't be like me.

Overall, there are so many options I haven't tried. I needa come here again.
