I had a very poor experience repairing my phone at this place. The back cover of my iPhone 14 Pro was shattered and needed replacement, so I found this shop. During the process of replacing it, the staff suggested replacing the battery as well, and I agreed. When I asked if it was an original genuine battery, they assured me it was. My friend also confirmed with the staff, asking why there was no Apple logo on it, and the staff confidently explained that the sticker covered the Apple logo. After hearing this explanation, I agreed to proceed with the replacement.
However, when it came time to remove the battery, it was done very forcefully and my original battery was bent and deformed, making it unusable. Later, after installing the new battery and back glass, to my surprise, when I turned it on, a message popped up saying the battery couldn’t be recognized and its health couldn’t be checked. I questioned the staff about why this happened if it was supposed to be a genuine battery. They insisted the battery was good and just as good as an original one.
I was speechless. I stated my demand for a genuine battery that could be properly recognized and checked for health. The staff then quoted me $500 USD for a genuine one. I was shocked by this price, as my phone itself isn’t worth $500 USD. When my friend continued to question why it wasn’t a genuine part, they dismissed me by saying my English wasn’t good enough, and that I should find someone who speaks English better to communicate further. When pressed further, they repeated the same response, insisting I find someone who speaks better English.
I felt helpless and had nowhere to turn, so in the end, I had no choice but to pay and leave. This felt like forced consumption, and I feel like I...
Read moreI went to this store to get my shattered back screen of my iPhone 14pro repaired. The guy Ramon struggled to get the broken glass off my phone especially near the camera lens. He had to use the glass breaking tool for 30 to 35 times near the lens to remove the glass pieces. After removing the glass he glued a plastic looking back piece with apple logo with glue and banded it together. I paid $132.81 and went home. Next day as requested by ramon I debanded the phone only to realize he had scratched the borders at so many places and SELFIE CAMERA HAD STOPPED WORKING. I went back to him and asked about this. His statement was I could have dropped my phone 5 minutes after he fixed. He made it sound like it’s not his problem. He updated software and still didn’t work. The worst part is he said he can’t fix the camera and even if he tried to fix it Face ID might stop working. So I left the store helpless and felt cheated. Please do yourself a favor by choosing another location to...
Read moreI went today I’ll give credit they fixed my back screen IPhone 13 successfully. However this was my first time going to this place within this store and the guys customer service skill could certainly use some improvement. I wanted to go to AT&T to upgrade my phone so I needed this screen fixed ideally ASAP. When I looked at reviews online I thought it could be solved within one hour. He said it takes 3 hours AT&T is closed after 6pm on Sunday so I was a little upset yet was still respectful but when I was trying to explain my situation to him it felt like he was very dismissive of me. It ended up costing 212 dollars. If I wasn’t desperate to get the screen fixed I would’ve went somewhere else. He should have a little more people skills and a little more friendly especially when a customer still willingly to pay a pricy fix for the service. Wish yall the best though just being honest I didn’t like his...
