From the reviews posted I shouldn't waste my time writing a 1 star review, but if it keeps even 1 person from going here I've done some good. My wife, daughter and I went here around 8pm on May 3rd. Only 1 guy in front of us ordering which seemed to take a long time, but it was him waiting for them. He finishes, then we order and pull up. Apparently his window wouldn't go down so his door was open. Again, he waited and waited and then some young guy (guess was uber) walks between his open door and the drive up window. I guess for the 3 goofy children inside they didn't see a problem with this. The guy kept looking at him but I guess never told him to back up. More importantly neither did the 3 kids inside working. Wake up Wendy's and the genius kids inside. Too many problems could occur from allowing people to walk up on people sitting at a drive up window. Then the guy pulls up and I just sit still. The (Uber driver) directs me to pull up as he's standing right outside the window. I said, "I'll move up when you're done". Looking annoyed he waited a few seconds and then moved, just to the stand on the other side of my car a couple feet away. Wendy's, train, fire, or fix your policy for Uber drivers before something happens bad. But the kids inside didn't disappoint. They didn't say hello, were messing around with each other and just acted like it was all fun and games. He took, my card, gave me the food, and said nothing the whole time. Lastly, we only ordered a Caesar salad for my daughter. They got the pre-made salad part correct, but smart guys, ranch dressing doesn't go with Caesar salads. Close it, demo the building, sell the property. Its a matter of...
Read moreThey do not have good customer service... My dad, sister and I went to this Wendy's earlier tonight around 8:30. When we went in there was no line and no one in the dining area. It was empty. We waited for about 5 minutes to be even acknowledged. I could understand waiting if there was a big line for the drive thru and they were busy, but still it takes 2 seconds to say I'll be with you in a minute to someone... We finally ordered our food and that was just a mess... First off let me just say it took 20 MINUTES to receive all the food we ordered. The receipt time says 8:40 and we finally had all our food at 9. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and got given a frosty. My dad ordered a strawberry fields salad, but they were out of them so he ordered a different one. He still got charged for the price of a strawberry fields salad though. And my sister ordered a baked potato which they didn't even have on the receipt. Had we have been given the reciept, we could have seen that our order was messed up and immediately let them know so it could be sorted out. The guy standing behind us in line saw what was going on and even told us he heard what we ordered. My dad and sister were standing up there for a good amount of time waiting for her baked potato, meanwhile I went to sit down and eat. While I was sitting down eating I saw one guy leave and another guy with two kids leave, because of the wait and probably because of the attitude of the workers there. I work retail, so I deal with customers on a daily basis. If there is anything I've learned, it's that if you acknowledge a customer and make an effort to take care of them when they come into your store, they will likely...
Read moreThis is by far, the most deplorable, disgusting, dirty, third-world-country-ish, Wendy's we have ever been to, anywhere! The employees barely speak English, to where if you happen to know any Spanish, I enthusiastically encourage you to speak it. We placed our order, got our fries and cups for sodas/drinks, but the soda machine was completely broken, as in 100% busted... Not even water or ice coming out of it. By the time we figured this out, and mind you, there was no sign that said "out of order," our food began to get cold, especially our fries. So, I had to go up to the counter to ask them to give us drinks out of the machine they use for the drive-thru. Then, I got up to use the restroom, and afterwards (brace yourself for this)... I went to wash my hands, as a normal, functional, sane person would do after going to the bathroom, and guess what? No water coming out of the sink in the bathroom. Nothing. I guess that means any of the male employees going to the bathroom, ain't washing their hands before handling your food. Isn't that a beautiful thing, huh? Someone needs to report these funky people to the state of New Jersey's health department. I guess if we get food poisoning, we'll know where we got it from. Not the least bit recommended to anyone. Stay away, that is, unless you are on the side of the road, dying of hunger!!! This is Branchburg, NOT Camden! What the heck happened??? Good...
