Either the prices need to drop or the quality needs to improve. I understand that these chain restaurants don't pay very well, and don't promote an environment for people to stay and become skilled and able to actually wrap burritos well. I'm not one to give service workers trouble because it wouldn't be fair to blame the busy workers here, and I don't like to be a Karen to people just working hard and trying to get by. Next time I order a burrito I'm just ordering the bowl and a separate tortilla. I started coming here because I had two great initial experiences with a massive stuffed burrito but the last few experiences I was met with the double wrapped burrito because it tore when it was being wrapped, and even worse, getting a half portion burrito because the workers are clearly afraid to use proper portions if you select more than 3 ingredients. The burritos aren't by any means small but when I get hit with a over 30$ bill for my burrito, my girls bowl and some chips, I'm starting to think I might as well just order from a local restaurant because it pretty much costs the same as getting takeout...
Read moreI noticed some employees that had gloves handling raw meat were also handling other items utilized in other dishes without removing or changing gloves. I don't normally get weird about that, but when it's raw beef or meet and you're touching other food or serving products, it's not the most hygienic thing.
They were sort of understaffed, even though they had several people working. They had only one person making food, which meant the ordering experience was slow. They ran out of ice and had no intentions on refilling until a patron requested that they refill. The seemed reluctant to do so.
They ran out of the Al pastor chicken, and when asked about it, they just said they were out and not going to make more.
The restaurant itself was filthy. It had food smeared all of the chairs, tables, and floor. The bathroom was unacceptably dirty and had a foul odor.
I wouldn't come back to this one just due to the overall cleanliness of the establishment. I understand the food running out, but not having clean kitchen practices, clean eating areas, or a clean bathroom...
Read moreLine is always crazy long and move slow here. So we began ordering online but every time I’ve done that there’s always been some issue with something missing. The final straw was todays order, which was 15 minutes behind my pick up time, I ordered a chicken bowl, waited a dirty table for the 15 minutes. The worker called my name handed me the bag and then I got home and everything in the bag was not mine. Ordered my wife a bowl with salsa and a few other non-dairy items, since she is allergic to dairy. What we got was a chicken burrito with cheese and queso with somebody else’s name printed on it. Chipotle does not have immediate customer service online either for me to get a quick refund. my wife was unable to eat it due to the dairy allergy but I didn’t wanna waste it so I ended up eating it however, I opened up the chicken burrito and it was steak and all the ingredients that are listed on the ticket weren’t even in the burrito. Who works there, trains and supervisors these people?!? Sucks There’s not another chipotle nearby that...
