Fantastic Experience at Jersey Mike's with Exceptional Employee, Henry!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Jersey Mike's location on Main Street, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. What made my visit truly remarkable was the exceptional service provided by one of their employees, Henry.

From the moment I entered the establishment, Henry greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that immediately made me feel welcomed. His positive attitude and professionalism were evident as he effortlessly juggled multiple orders while still attending to each customer with care and attention.

One of the highlights of my visit was the generous portions that Henry provided. As a sandwich lover, I have frequented various sub shops, but the portions I received at this particular Jersey Mike's were truly outstanding. Henry meticulously piled on the fresh ingredients, ensuring that my sandwich was filled to perfection. Not only were the portions generous, but the taste was exceptional as well. Each bite was a delightful combination of flavors, thanks to the high-quality ingredients and Henry's attention to detail.

Moreover, Henry's knowledge of the menu was impressive. He effortlessly guided me through the vast array of options, providing recommendations based on my preferences. i love jersey mike's for ever and ever

I will NEVER go back to this location. There were a few things that I did not like, starting with the sandwich maker. When I started to make my order he told me to wait, which was fine because he was in the middle of making another order but he did asked me if I was all set and ready to order, kind of threw me off. We asked if we could turn the purchase into a meal and he kind of nodded but we weren't sure if that was an answer or not... he just seemed fed up... then when they were going to wrap the sandwiches up, they were removed from the board and placed directly on top of the payment counter with NOTHING! underneath.. I don't want an apology, I don't want a message saying please contact us for more information.. I want nothing from Jersey Mike's.. I will NEVER go back to this location... DO BETTER

UPDATE: I am deeply disappointed by the response to my comment, as it feels like an attempt to undermine my concerns and justify the employee's actions. It is disheartening that there is an assumption that I wouldn't know the difference between the "Sandwich Making Workspace" and the counter on which people pay. The employee's actions were evident when he removed the sandwich from the cutting board and placed it next to the register without any protective paper, and he did not change his gloves throughout the process. Such unsanitary practices at this location are concerning and require...
