Taco Bell — Restaurant in Branford

Worst Taco Bell. Arrived there to eat dinner and ordered over twenty dollars of food. Was given a cup and went to the drink machine no drinks were working properly. Asked for an icee to go with my meal. I was given a medium cup for my drink but when asked for the icee since the drink machine was not working properly I was given a small cup. Galway they my meal I needed a refill and was told no. I asked them why since the drink machine was not working properly and they didn’t even informed 4 customers after me that the drink machine was not working properly. I will never go back to this establishment since the customer service and management is several poor. Supervisor refused to speak to me when asked to speak with the supervisor about the drink situation. Please don’t anyone go this taco bell worst experience ever. I will not EVER go back to that place. I would give a no star but I have to at least give one bad management staff is very bad...

I was very upset and tried to talk to a manger or supervisor about it. No one would talk to me I was repeatedly hung up on. All I wanted was a crunch wrap and was told that the previous supervisor did not “defrost” the wraps in time...... on a Friday night. When I asked to talk to a supervisor or a general manager I was hung up on repeatedly. I asked for a contact for corporate so I can make a complaint and I was hung up on. They denied me contact towards their corporate office and that’s what upsets me the most and they hung up on me rudely and did not answer my calls. I will never get Taco Bell ever again and will share my rude experience with my friends. I work at a hospital and Taco Bell is one of the only places open late at night when I’m hungry after work and after I take care of people I just can’t believe that you would...

This place is disgusting and they do not even care if you complain! They always mess up the simplest of orders and then get mad at you when you ask for the correct order. The last time we went, it was dirty the tray they gave us was sticky and our order was all wrong. When I asked them to fix it, I noticed the cook whispering to the other staff and looking back at us. I did not dare have him fix the order at that point- I just asked for a refund which really angered the manager. The manager slammed the money in my hand and muttered something under her breath as I was leaving. I emailed customer service but never did receive a response. Its pretty sad that they just dont care. That shows me that they condone this behavior so why would I want to go back...
