Wendy's — Restaurant in Braselton

I got to give Wendy three stars because the chili is awesome but you hamburgers do not have that old-fashioned taste they used to have back in the day when Dave was alive I think Wendy should go back and pick up the old-fashioned taste to the hamburgers I think that would be the best for the restaurant because it would pull in all of the old customers who like the old-fashioned taste and hamburgers I mean they are really great hamburgers and they really stand out you notice right away when you are not eating an old-fashioned taste in hamburger, the old fashioned tasting hamburger had a way of connecting with the lettuce the onions and the tomatoes to give the burger an awesome taste I miss it I would love to have an old-fashioned taste in hamburger from Wendy's because there today Burger does not connect with the tomatoes the lettuce in the onions, but the chili is good enough to get them three stars but with that old fashioned tasting me I think the chili would really be off the chained to but it is surviving because you can add some Frito-Lay's corn chips to the chili and give it an awesome taste it doesn't matter if you have the original, the ranch, the chili cheese, are the spicy jalapeno they all taste great in...

Where to begin with this visit? First we ordered repeated it three times. Then he handed us one cup of our drinks when I asked him for the other he said the combo will come later. So I had to ask him two more times for the cup so we could go ahead and get our drink. After receiving our food only one of the three orders was correct. When we asked if we could have the rest of the taco salad he asked us if he would like us to get that for us. After that the next customer in line got her order out of one combo meal one salad and one kids meal she ended up with the one combo correct without the fries. Nothing on the salad she ordered or dressing and lacking an entire kids meal. May I add that that customer had to tell the cashier what goes with both of the salads because she had to go through that the day before. I'm not exactly sure that your cashier should be higher than your customers. But I believe he needs to quit smoking before he comes to work or taking whatever it is because he has no idea of what's going on there. So good luck if you get the same...

The food was delicious, as usual. The service was good, but we had to holler at the speaker before they even acknowledged us being there. We said I guess they are closed; then they said oh, we are open. It was 9:15 pm and raining. We thought it was closed because it was all dark. The outside lights were all on, so we went to the drive-through so there was no atmosphere experience. That was better than the Wendy's in Lawerenceville by the hospital. We parked as close as we could. It was right at 8:00 pm. We walked in, there were people in there eating. One person went to the restroom. The rest of us were standing there looking the menu. After the first guy got out of the restroom, we said we were ready to order. None of the employees were upfront. We repeated our request to order. Then someone came partway where we could see him and said that they were closed. We got into the car and drove to the drive-through and were again told that they were closed.
