Subway — Restaurant in Brattleboro

I've been getting 2 grinders once...maybe twice a week for the last 2.5 months at the new loc. Everything was awesome. I went in just now and a young lady and man were working. The first thing I noticed upon entry was the young man's hair was coming out from under his hat. He started my order and was interrupted by the young lady regarding a text she received and then read to him twice (by the sounds it was from mgmt seeing how chores and what to do before closing was read out loud).....as she is reading she is playing with her ponytail over my grinder. Young man flustered finally gets back to me....as I look down the cases we're unappealing..items were mixed in others n stuff like tomatoes were rotted n slimy. Just saying but appeal and being attentive to customers goes a long way. Just tasted the sub and it went to garbage. Veggies tasted way...

The idea of their new sliders is perfect, I have a 2 year old who doesn't eat much. However they won't let you customize them in any way, even removing the mayo. My child won't eat it and I explained that online they let you take the sauce off. She told me I could trade another sauce but not take it off. She wasn't super friendly about it either. I decided not to get the sandwich. I then mentioned that I had signed up for a Subway card online and they gave me $6 in rewards and asked if I could use them towards the drink and chips my daughter had picked. She said no, if I didn't have a physical card I could not redeem rewards. I mentioned that I had signed up online and they didn't give me a card and she said "idk you can earn but not redeem". During my visit on 4/18/18 I was greeting by a young girl with piercings in her face talking to me in a loud rude manner. While making my sandwich she threw the food around and asked questions in a rude tone and still talking loudly. She then turned and rudely yelled at her coworker to go clean up a water spill under fountain machine. She then mumbled an insult about the girl when her co worker asked her not to tell at her in front of several customers. Just when I think this girl cant get rude she throws my grinder in a bag and tosses the bag across the counter at me. She over all had the worse customer service I have ever seen. I left feeling insulted. I WISH I remembered the girls name she was so mean to...
