Verizon — Local services in Brattleboro

I used to have Verizon and then switched to another carrier for the last 3 years. Huge mistake. My dropped calls escalated as soon as I left Verizon. The other carrier’s overseas plan was awful. I missed Verizon. 3 frustrating years later, I’m back. Better coverage. Better overseas plan. It’s worth it. If you go to the Brattleboro store, ask for Blaine. He’s a Phone God. Actually, he’s a Tech God. Blaine zipped through those menus and he synced difficult phone situations, even a destroyed phone. He handled every single issue with speed and sheer capability. At one point, I think he had 8 tech-handling arms, like an octopus, making our complicated situation smooth and easy. Not sure how he did that.

We should clone Blaine and each and every one of us could have a Blaine Clone in our living rooms, just to help us all with the maddening tech issues that confound us every day. Toni is amazing! She is alone in the store at this time with no help! Her multitasking is amazing, waiting on customers sometimes 2 at at time and never misses welcoming anyone that comes in calmly saying “I will be with you as fast as I can, please take a seat and be patient.” Her calmness and ability to multitask, answer the phone ringing, answering questions, and giving you the best deals! The knowledge Toni has is amazing, if she doesn’t know the answer she will find it for you! Very helpful staff. Needed help getting a replacement screen protector for my phone and even though they do not replace them there she was able to order the replacement protector for me as I was having difficulty getting it. I did purchase the screen protector here and am glad I did as it comes with a good warranty and has protected my phones screen from cracking. I have always found this Verizon TCC store to have experienced and patient employees who are willing to help me out with any of my issues with Verizon wireless services and products. They go out of there way to help me and anyone who I've talked to about them.
