To be honest with you when I stopped by at this food truck we just finish having dinner at Panasian and craved boba tea passed by this food truck at 6:59pm which they supposed to close at 7:00pm my husband turned to the parking lot which we saw there were couple people still standing waiting for the food so I took advantage of it and felt lucky that they still open. Unfortunately they ran out boba tea for the night and since I really curious about their food I ordered myself a basil fried rice with chicken and one egg roll. My husband can’t believe it that we had our dinner and I still order food from them lol. I told him I can have it for next day since I loooove Thai food. Overall I’m glad I got myself a dish and was delicious. Too bad we were just a tourist in that area otherwise I will get the food from them more often especially their prices is so reasonable and affordable. Wish you guys a very good luck and hopefully we see you guys again...
Read moreI wanted to go for a motorcycle ride on a rare 60 degree day in November. I picked Brattleboro as a destination and decided to eat here after spotting it on Google maps. 71 miles to get there, and I'm glad I went. The food was very good, with a lot of choices on the menu. I like hot spicy food, and their food can be ordered with a heat level of 1 to 10. I ordered mine at 8 and found it to be spicy. It didn't leave a burn in my throat but it did make my nose run. For me personally, I would order a 10 heat level in the future. Dining is take out or they have some picnic tables. It's amazing that they have the menu of a brick and mortar restaurant but they're working in a food truck. I spent $18 for lunch, which for Thai food would be an average price. This is way better than the average Chinese food takeout and worth the extra cost. If your in the area and looking for something to eat, this is a...
Read moreThe absolute best meal in the area. I have spent the covid year eating out in Brattleboro and Greenfield. I just tried this little food truck because of the good reviews, and I was blown away. The food was so fresh, clean, healthy and bounding with different flavors. The menu is varied, and begs to be ordered vegetarian, which I happily did for the first time ever. I will give a nod to Panasian Sushi, and Panda Garden. But they both are in Taste of Thai's shadow. And for the quality and portions, it is incredibly reasonably priced. You only pay the take out price, opposed to take out from full restaurants that have to charge more for linens and licenses...
